Research On Software Development Process Management Optimization Of Hongpian Company Based On CMMI Model

As a national strategic emerging industry,software industry is an important part of national economic development and social informatization.With the rapid development of China’s digital economy and society,driven by both demand and supply,the dependence on and demand for software are also growing.How to customize software based on the actual needs of customers and provide high-quality and low-cost software products has become the core competition of software enterprises.However,in the current competitive environment of high-speed growth of Chinese software enterprises and homogenization of software products,the software development mode of many enterprises is still restricted by the lack of process management norms,so that development efficiency and product quality cannot support the high-speed development of enterprises.Therefore,how to improve the process management ability with scientific management methods has become the key to the development of enterprises.This paper takes the software product development process management of Hongpian company as the research object.First,it systematically studies the relevant theories of software development process management at home and abroad,the theory of Capability Maturity Model Integration(CMMI)and the implementation method of process improvement,and discusses the effective guidance and implementation effect of CMMI in process management improvement.Secondly,based on the implementation method of process improvement and the current situation of software development process management of Hongpian company,quantitative analysis,benchmark comparison and interview diagnosis were carried out on key indicators in software development to identify the root causes of insufficient demand analysis,lack of control over demand management,low rationality of schedule,disconnection between plan implementation,lack of monitoring management system Lack of standards for quality assurance.After mapping with CMMI’s key practice areas,the company has designed a feasible process management optimization scheme that meets the company’s requirements in terms of standardizing the user and product demand development process,optimizing the demand management process,improving the project planning process,formulating the project estimation standard,establishing the monitoring and control system,and strengthening the process quality work content.Finally,the implementation actions of the optimization plan are planned and the implementation steps are formulated,and the key points and guarantee suggestions are put forward.Thus,in the management of the software development process,we can change disorder into order,subjectivity into objectivity,and rule of man into system,standardize the software development process for the company,provide more accurate management,and improve the company’s development efficiency,product quality and market competitiveness.
