At present,the semiconductor industry is booming.With the growth of capacity demand and technological update,the heat of the semiconductor equipment industry continues to rise,and the international competition pattern is severe.The semiconductor industry is facing unprecedented challenges.Not only has the government introduced a series of preferential policies to promote the development of the semiconductor industry,but the academic community has also paid extensive attention to how to break through the "choke technology".At present,some scholars have conducted researches on the business model,market value management,innovation ability,budget layout and other aspects of semiconductor enterprises,but there are few researches on the sustainable growth ability of semiconductor enterprises.Therefore,it is of great theoretical and practical significance to explore the factors affecting the sustainable growth ability of enterprises and put forward suggestions for the development dilemma of semiconductor enterprises by taking Optical Power Technology as the case and guided by the synergistic effect theory,scientific and technological innovation theory and sustainable development theory.This paper uses literature study,case study and comparative analysis to carry out research.Based on the definition of related concepts and literature review,this paper writes according to the idea of "question raising-theory building-case analysis-research conclusion",and mainly studies the evaluation system of enterprise sustainable growth ability based on entropy weight method.Through vertical and horizontal comparison,explore the problems existing in the sustainable growth of light power technology;According to the comprehensive evaluation and comparative research results,the paper puts forward suggestions for the development predicament of semiconductor enterprises.The research conclusions show that: first,Guangli Technology has made some shortcomings in debt management.Through comparison with the industry,it can be seen that the average asset-liability ratio is about 0.35,but Guangli Technology only reached 0.16,failing to effectively use financial leverage to create more economic benefits for the enterprise.Second,Guangli Technology still has great room for improvement in the management of accounts receivable.Compared with the turnover rate of accounts receivable in the same industry,Guangli Technology cannot reach the average level.Besides,bad debts generated by accounts receivable lead to credit impairment losses,which further affect net profit and lower the comprehensive score.Third,when evaluating the sustainable growth ability of light Power technology,it is found that the net profit rate of sales,inventory turnover and net profit growth rate have a great impact on the final comprehensive score of enterprises,enterprises should pay more attention to these indicators.Based on the above research content,this paper puts forward the following suggestions: first,enterprises should focus on research and development,especially the introduction and training of researchers;Second,in order to promote the sustainable growth of enterprises,the process of resource integration after M&A should not be underestimated.Third,appropriate adjustment of the balance sheet structure,effective use of financial leverage;Fourth,improve accounts receivable management system and inventory management plan.
