With the development and popularization of intelligent technology,the "Internet fitness craze" has changed the way people manage their personal health.More and more people know,manage and display themselves through embedded media.Embedded media data has revolutionary value of social interpretation.This study starts with the rationality of embedded media data as social text,analyzes the presentation characteristics of embedded media data,discusses the generating factors of the meaning of embedded media data,dissects the interpretation mechanism of its text meaning,with a view to explaining the meaning of embedded media data as social text.Through literature research and content analysis,this study combed the connotation and evolution of embedded media data as a social text,clarified its interpretation boundaries,and explored the generation factor of embedded media data.Embedded media data has independent features that are different from other data texts,and this independent feature is the technical interpretation of the entire population,which has almost no threshold.Embedded media data has become a decentralized personalized text.It is not only a dual sense of intertextuality,but also produces double acceptor misinterpretation.This study uses in-depth interviews to obtain the reasons why users use the embedded media to obtain data when conducting intelligent health management,and to explain the impact of data on users’ subsequent personal cognition and personal behavior.Users regard intelligent health management through personal embedded media as a meaningful experience.They are also reading data while producing data.The creation of meaning is rooted in various relationships and organizations in daily life.In the process of the flow of personal data and social average,explore the moral hazard of embedded media data and the duality of privacy and openness.Finally,the research conclusion is drawn: with the continuous development and popularization of embedded media,"average person" has become an ideal benchmark representing the social collective.The embodied embedded media always reminds the importance of individuals approaching the mean value.With the development of Internet interactivity and the daily use of persona l performance and body consumption,this "average" has been quietly pulled to a virtual high.Body practice has become a production tool under the discourse system woven by the pursuit of sports health,a grand ideological machine.Individuals seem to be p roducing words,but they are actually "engraved" by words.
