| The promulgation of the "Made in China 2025" strategic decision has further accelerated the development of manufacturing towards digital and intelligent process.To enhance their competitiveness in the market,enterprises have committed themselves to the construction of digital workshops,introducing manufacturing execution systems to control all aspects of workshop production by learning on the advanced technology of the manufacture industry in developed countries,in order to raise product quality and production efficiency.Boiler manufacturing is a subdivided field in the manufacturing industry,which has developed relatively slowly and is currently in the stage of transition from automation to informatization.There are overall problems such as untimely information flow,opaque production data,and low production efficiency.This thesis takes the production workshop of a boiler manufacturing enterprise as the research object,aims at digitizing and informatization of the workshop,and combines the idea of software engineering to develop a manufacturing execution system suitable for workshop production,ultimately solving the problems existing in the enterprise in the field of boiler manufacturing.Firstly,this thesis investigates the production process in the workshop of the enterprise,fully understands the execution logic of relevant businesses,and draws a business process diagram based on it.Then,it completes the requirements analysis and determines the use cases and performance requirements of the system;Secondly,accomplish the overall design of the system,partition the functional modules of the system,build the system architecture,and clarify the execution logic of the core functions of each module;Then model the business process,extract relevant data entities,and complete the conceptual model design and physical structure design of the database;Then analyze the core links of boiler production such as production scheduling,production execution,and quality management,and complete the detailed design of the system;Finally,using Java programming language,combining development frameworks and technologies such as Spring,Spring MVC,and Web Service,the implementation of a manufacturing execution system is done,and it is applied to every step of workshop production.The successful development and application of the manufacturing execution system has not only boosted workshop productivity and raised product quality,but also facilitates the quality traceability of products.The informatization and digitalization of the production workshop has been initially realized,which is further from the goal of "digitalization of production and manufacturing,informatization of management,and web-based information processing". |
