With the development and application of complex electronic system technology,electronic signals show the characteristics of diversity and complexity.Traditional broadband signal digital processing technology cannot meet the requirements of more and more complex signal testing environment,and cannot solve the problem of sampling speed and processing speed mismatch between ADC and DSP.However,the rapidly developing digital broadband intermediate frequency processing technology with high sampling rate and high bandwidth can effectively solve this problem.The rapid development of semiconductor products has promoted the constant upgrading of hardware platforms.The processing core of implementation framework of broadband signal digital processing technology has developed from microprocessor or DSP to FPGA,whose significant advantage is processing data in parallel.In this article,a hardware platform is built based on ADC+FPGA for baseband signal digital processing of 500 MHz bandwidth,and the design of baseband signal data processing module is completed on this basis.The main work of thesis is as follows:1.Theoretical analysis of baseband data processing and overall scheme design based on ADC+FPGA platform.Firstly,the advantages and disadvantages of digital down conversion technology between tradition and based on channelization decomposition are analyzed and compared.Then,the overall working principle of broadband signal intermediate frequency processing technology is introduced in detail.Finally,the structure of digital down conversion and the design scheme of function module applied in I/Q baseband data processing after down conversion are determined.2.Design of broadband signal channelization processing module.Firstly,the prototype filter and uniform filter bank of channelization are designed based on MATLAB software,and on this basis,the channelization algorithm based on multiphase DFT structure is verified by MATLAB simulation.Finally,based on FPGA hardware platform,the logic design and function verification of each submodule of channelization algorithm are completed.3.Design of baseband data processing module for broadband signal.Based on FPGA hardware platform,the parallel receiving,processing and sending modules of multichannel baseband data after digital down-conversion are designed,and on this basis,the functions of extraction filtering,overlapping windowing,FFT calculation and frequency measurement are designed.4.Test and verify the main functional indicators.In the testing process,software tools such as MATLAB,VIVADO logic analyzer and hardware tools such as oscilloscope,spectrum analyzer,vector signal source are used to test and verify the overall function of the wideband signal baseband data processing system designed in this paper in many aspects,to ensure that the basic function of the system meets the design requirements.
