Against the background of the prevalent knowledge-based economy,innovation as an important driver of economic development has attracted much attention.How to promote the transformation of China from a manufacturing power to an innovation power requires a large number of innovative technologies to drive.As an important data carrier reflecting technological innovation,patent is of great significance for technology assessment from the perspective of patent.As the core driving force of industrial transformation,how to cultivate and support the development of key technologies in the field has become an important strategic node in international competition,among which the identification and prediction of key technologies is one of the core contents.Due to the complexity of key technology characteristics,how to quickly and effectively identify key technologies and assess their importance is still one of the selected topics worthy of in-depth study.The chip manufacturing industry is the foundation and core of the modern digital era,and its degree of development has a great impact on the global economy and information technology.The chip manufacturing industry is not only related to a country’s progress in promoting digital society,but also affects a country’s international status and discourse in the new round of industrial change,and its strategic significance cannot be underestimated.Based on the theoretical foundation of key technology,this study deeply analyzes the concept and connotation of key technology,uses objective patent data combined with text analysis and other methods to establish a full path model for key topic identification and topic screening of technology;and composes and analyzes the corresponding index system from four perspectives: technology diversity,technology foundation,technology influence,and industry specificity,and combines the current situation of technology in the chip manufacturing field to To build a more domain-specific and objective research path.Secondly,compared with traditional methods,the LDA topic model can better identify key technologies based on text content;LDA,as an effective text processing model,can obtain text topics and identify words belonging to different topics in the text,so as to further accurately classify the text and achieve accurate and fast key technology topic identification.As a systematic assessment method that can detect and identify the technical importance of different topics,the entropy-based TOPSIS coupled with gray correlation analysis has been successfully applied to the practice of key technology identification.Combining gray correlation analysis with TOPSIS can accurately identify the strengths and weaknesses of key technologies in terms of importance indicators,and thus effectively assess the importance of technologies.This thesis synthesizes the above research and concludes that nine technology topics in the current chip manufacturing field are critical technologies and are current technology research hotspots in the field according to the patent text subject analysis study.The importance of the nine key technologies is measured and the ranking of importance is obtained.From a comprehensive point of view,the differences between the key technologies are relatively small,indicating that the key technologies in this field are closely linked and the development of key technologies is more balanced.In addition,the highest degree of importance of IC module conductive design and interconnection-related technologies should be given attention in the subsequent technology development and innovation.Finally,this thesis synthesizes the research results to provide corresponding development countermeasures for the technological development in the field of chip manufacturing in China.In the increasingly competitive market situation,only the introduction of targeted countermeasure solutions can promote China’s chip industry to achieve more excellent results. |
