With the arrival of a new wave of scientific and technological revolution and manufacturing revolution,"internet plus","Industry 4.0" and "Intelligentization" have become the development hotspots of various industries.Intelligent manufacturing is the development direction of furniture manufacturing industry.Analyzing the patents of intelligent furniture manufacturing is helpful to guide the future development of intelligent furniture manufacturing industry in China on the basis of the present situation of intelligent furniture manufacturing,and enhance the competitiveness of intelligent furniture manufacturing industry.In this paper,literature research,investigation,data analysis and comparative research are used to study the intelligent furniture manufacturing industry.This paper analyzes the patent status of intelligent manufacturing of furniture in the world and China in detail,and the invalid patents of intelligent manufacturing of furniture in China.At the same time,it makes a comparative analysis of the main innovation subjects at home and abroad.The main conclusions are as follows:The global intelligent furniture manufacturing is in a high-speed development stage,and China has become the country with the largest number of patent applications in recent years,but it has not yet formed a leading enterprise;In the field of intelligent manufacturing of global furniture,among the top 20 applicants for patent applications,there are eight in China,and universities rank first in the number of patents in China;However,in recent years,the activity of many enterprises has reached 100%,which is the main force for future industry innovation;China's patent layout awareness is not strong,and overseas patent layouts are few;China's furniture intelligent manufacturing technology shows that single intelligent technology is applied to a single furniture manufacturing process,and it develops into multi-intelligent technology applied to multiple furniture manufacturing processes,finally realizing the intelligent and unmanned furniture manufacturing system;China's patent applications are mainly concentrated in the developed coastal areas,while the number of applications in the western areas is low,and the number of patent applications in Guangdong Province is the largest;The global IPC of intelligent furniture manufacturing is mainly concentrated in B27C;In China's industrial structure,intelligent processing patents account for the largest proportion;Among intelligent technologies,Internet of Things technology is the most widely used,while cutting-edge technologies are few;The patent operation ability of universities and research institutes is not strong;The quality of patents is not high;Up to 58;82% of invalid patents are due to unpaid annual fees;In view of the above conclusions,some suggestions are put forward: strengthening technological innovation and increasing the research and development of invention patents;Pay attention to patent layout and utilization of invalid patents;Promote patent transfer and transformation in universities and research institutes;Set up intellectual property management department to improve patent quality.The innovation of this paper lies in: selecting furniture intelligent manufacturing industry as the research object,and analyzing and researching from the angle of patent competitive intelligence;This paper analyzes the invalid patents of China's furniture intelligent manufacturing industry in detail,and on this basis,selects the evaluation index and screens the key invalid patents.
