In recent years,with the rapid development of internet technology,China’s e-commerce industry has ushered in unprecedented development opportunities.The B2 C e-commerce model has become an important channel for traditional production enterprises to directly sell products to consumers.The orders under this mode are characterized by "limited types of goods,scattered orders,concentrated batches and huge business volume".Production enterprises usually entrust professional Third-party logistics distribution centers to complete order picking and other businesses.The J e-commerce distribution center undertakes the order picking business of a production enterprise under the B2 C e-commerce model.This article focuses on the problems of the "picking-and-sorting" scheme in J e-commerce distribution center,and designs a "pick-and-sort" picking scheme using Ra LC logistics simulation software.For the picking waiting time problem in the "pick-and-sort" scheme,the picking waiting time problem model is constructed.Based on the K-means clustering algorithm and the Greedy algorithm,an order sequencing optimization method is designed to minimize the picking waiting time,thereby improving the efficiency of picking operations.The specific research content is as follows:(1)Provided a detailed introduction to the existing process flow and functional layout within the J e-commerce distribution center.Through on-site research and data analysis of historical orders in the past three months,it was found that the current "picking-and-sorting" picking scheme has problems such as limited picking quantity for single batch orders,high order error rate,and waiting time for picking.The requirements for designing the "pick-and-sort" scheme and optimizing order sequencing are clarified.(2)Designed a "pick-and-sort" picking scheme.Using Ra LC logistics simulation modeling software,a 3D simulation model was established for two picking schemes: "picking-andsorting" and "pick-and-sort".Subsequently,a comparative analysis was conducted on the operational efficiency of the new and old picking schemes,and the cost savings of the "pickand-sort" scheme were calculated.At the same time,the operation process of the new scheme will still generate picking waiting time,and further research is needed to reduce the waiting time and improve picking efficiency.(3)Optimized order sequencing.In response to the operation process of the "pick-and-sort" picking scheme,a picking waiting time problem model was established through job timing analysis.The picking waiting time was minimized through order sequencing optimization.Order sequencing optimization is divided into two steps: order batching and batch sorting.The order batching step uses K-means clustering method to reduce the variety of goods within the batch,thereby reducing the similarity between batches and reducing the optimization difficulty for batch sorting,in order to achieve better optimization results;The batch sorting step uses the Greedy algorithm to solve the problem,adjust the order batch issuing order,and minimize the picking waiting time,thus improving the operation efficiency. |
