Abstract/Summary:
Electronic commerce has developed rapidly recent years in China.And the logistics industry has made great progress under the impetus of e-commerce.As a result,distribution centers of the e-business platforms grow in both number and size,as their commercial scale expanding.In lack of valid planning of distribution centers,the working efficiency of sorting process is relatively low and naturally the sorting workers are to bear the heavy burden.Thus,the sorting assignment becomes the weak point of the whole logistics activity and has hindered the smooth operation of supply chains.As the mentioned problem,the paper applied the in-door positioning system,supporting as a basic foundation,to scratch real-time position of the moving workers and focus on study of map-matching to improve the indoor positioning accuracy.In the research,a double area warehouse is chosen to be the research object and the ant colony algorithm is applied to optimize the order-picking path,which make it possible that the sorting workers could achieve their jobs in a much better efficiency.According to the study mentioned,the paper designs and implements the distribution center sorting system.Main contents of the research are concluded as follows:Firstly,the paper studies the in-door map matching technology,focusing on the problem,caused by inaccurate positioning,that sorting process cannot be operated accurately and efficiently.To solve the problem,the research depicts the map of a double area warehouse,s the interior structure and extracts core data of the structure.Based on that,general model of geometric structure is built in which process logic of in-door map matching is designed and implemented,and positioning accuracy is improved effectively.Secondly,the research aims at the application of the ant colony algorithm in distribution center sorting processes.As a matter of fact,it is commonly seen that problems like long travel distance and low sorting efficiency happen frequently during the assignment in distribution center.For these problems,the paper takes the Travel Salesman Problem as a research object,and conducts an experimental research on basic parameters of the ant colony algorithm,to determine the exact value of the parameters.Modeling of sorting process in the double area warehouse is conducted,as well,and the ant colony algorithm is applied to solve the problem.As a conclusion,the paper designs and realizes the distribution center sorting system based on Android platform through laboratory work mentioned above.Also the system structure drawing and the test outcomes are given in the paper.Supplemented by all the job the research has done,the application system is implemented to simulate the database of customer orders and compute an optimal sorting path for the assignment,which would lead to a much higher sorting efficiency.The indoor map matching logic can improve the indoor positioning effect effectively.The ant colony algorithm optimize the sorting path.Based on the above,the paper implements the distribution center sorting system on Android platform,improves the efficiency of sorting operations.
