For a long time, the warehousing industry in China has the problems of high cost of process management and low efficiency of resource allocation. The deep integration of industrial Internet and warehousing can reduce warehouse operating costs and optimize resource allocation. The digitalization of warehouse work flow and the intellectualization of location allocation are the important research contents of industrial Internet in the field of warehousing.During the research process,it was found that how to design the location allocation algorithm while ensuring the stability of the shelf and the efficiency of automatic equipment is a major challenge in this field.Based on the field survey of an electronic product R&D and manufacturing enterprise, combined with the logistics characteristics of discrete manufacturing industry, this thesis analyzes the needs of this type of warehouse management business.According to the characteristics of high reliability and flexibility of the warehouse management system, the separation of front-end and backend architecture and micro-service architecture are adopted for the system design and implementation. The optimization problem of storage location allocation is classified as a multiobjective optimization problem. The putaway process of Automatic Storage and Retrieval System is modeled mathematically, and the improved NSGA-II algorithm is used to solve the problem. The specific work contents are as follows:The system is divided into eight subsystems:system management, basic data management, warehousing management, inventory management, outbound management, business rule management, report management, and exception handling. The functional requirements of each subsystem are analyzed from the perspective of five types of system participants with the help of use case diagrams. The function of system components is described with the help of technical architecture diagrams, the database table field design is described with E-R diagrams and tables, process diagrams are used to analyze warehouse business processes, and the class design and method call process of each module is described with class diagrams and sequence diagrams. In the design phase of the location allocation optimization algorithm,in response to the shortcomings of the NSGA-Ⅱalgorithm’s poor local search ability in the later stage,a tabu search algorithm was used for the first level individuals after non dominated sorting, and selection, crossover, and compilation operators were designed.Simulation calculations were conducted. The results showed that the improved NSGA-Ⅱ algorithm achieved better solution distribution.Design test cases to test the main module functions of the system one by one.The test results show that the system functions normally and the results meet user expectations;JMeter is used to test the response time and throughput of the system, and the results show that the system can meet the requirements of industrial scenarios. The system is developed based on the Spring Cloud Alibaba framework, supports browser and PDA dual-end operation, and has been deployed in multiple warehouses. The system runs well, and can achieve efficient interaction with MES and ERP to meet the warehouse crossdepartment collaboration requirements.
