| Epidemic prevention and control put forward higher requirements for normalized temperature measurement.From the perspective of engineering practice,this article uses the GWIR 03 18 X2 A infrared detector of Beifang Microelectronics as the temperature measurement device to design and build an FPGA-based infrared temperature measurement system Hardware architecture and infrared temperature measurement parameter processing software architecture based on Qsys platform,to carry out high-precision infrared thermal imaging temperature measurement technology research,the specific work is as follows:(1)To address the shortcomings of the human infrared thermometer’s weak adaptability to the environment,an infrared temperature measurement algorithm based on no blackbody derived from the adaptation correction is proposed to stabilize the substrate temperature of the detector through the temperature control module,obtain the response curve of each image point by means of segmented linear fitting,and compensate for the temperature.Experiments have demonstrated that the temperature measurement error of the system is within 0.2°C at ambient temperatures of 10°C to 40°C.(2)To address the problem that the temperature measurement accuracy of infrared thermometer is greatly affected by natural wind outdoors,an improved temperature measurement algorithm based on collaborative blackbody is proposed,which uses passive blackbody as collaborative blackbody and fits the target temperature through the grey scale difference between the target and passive blackbody.The experiment proves that the temperature measurement error of this temperature measurement scheme can be controlled within 0.3℃ in the outdoor temperature measurement scenario with natural wind.(3)To address the problem of false alarms caused by high-temperature interfering objects in the field of view,an area temperature monitoring function based on face recognition is implemented;and based on the ambient temperature compensation algorithm,an overtemperature point reddening algorithm based on threshold backpropagation is proposed.Experiments prove that the improved temperature measurement system has strong antiinterference properties. |
