| With the deep development of media integration,China’s media industry,under the dual mechanism of policy promotion and technology empowerment,has established an organizational structure to adapt to the integration of all-media production and dissemination,and gradually created a four-level integration development pattern of central media,provincial media,municipal media and county-level media integration centers.The ecological pattern of four levels of integration has a problem of "waist collapse",while the overall development of media integration at the central,provincial and county levels is good,the development of municipal media is sluggish.As an integral part of China’s media fusion project,the construction of municipal media fusion centers has become an important indicator of the effectiveness of media fusion by creating a mainstream public opinion position,opening up authoritative information channels and building a comprehensive information platform to serve the public.As one of the mainstream media in Jingmen,Jingmen Radio and Television has been adhering to the development concept of "mainstream media,image Jingmen" and is committed to building the first new mainstream media in Jianghan Plain.This study selects the Jingmen Radio and Television Center as the research object,and uses the unstructured interview method,survey research method and case study method to sort out the overall development status of the Jingmen Radio and Television Center,and conduct a study on the platform construction,structure system and other aspects of the Center.The research was conducted on the platform construction and structure system.We summarize the basic features of the "Jingmen Radio and Television Station" media center,analyze the satisfaction of the public and media workers with the construction of the "Jingmen Radio and Television Station" media center,and then investigate the construction and development of the "Jingmen Radio and Television Station" media center.The study found that the weaknesses and development directions of the construction and development of the "Jingmen Radio and Television Station" media center were not found.The study found that there are weaknesses and structural loopholes in the construction of Jingmen Radio and Television’s media center.Specifically,the weak capacity is reflected in the single content production,the lack of innovative thinking of the talent team and the lack of social propaganda of the integrated media matrix,while the structural loopholes are mainly reflected in the shortcomings of the operation model,the lack of user thinking and the poor communication of the media matrix.In this regard,the Jingmen Radio and Television Station’s integrated media center needs to finely cultivate the existing professional talent team,enhance user thinking and social service concepts,build a special media matrix,and form "localized" and "branded" content in the later development process,"branded" content products.Through the study of "Jingmen Radio and Television" media center,we aim to achieve the mutual integration and interoperability between "Jingmen Radio and Television" and the emerging media,so as to better promote the mainstream public opinion position,community information hub and comprehensive service platform of municipal radio and television units.Construction. |
