With the rapid development of computer technology and information technology,the ever-increasing information complexity in human-computer interaction systems has a great impact on human cognitive ability.Among them,the influence of the order of presentation of information will lead to decision-making deviating from the rationalized "optimal decision",and produce decision-making bias that is consistent with the sequence position curve.This study analyzes the form and classification of decision-making bias in information visualization,discusses the influence of design elements in information visualization on decision-making bias,and extracts three core elements: individual differences,time representation,and view presentation.And analyze its mechanism of decision-making bias.Aiming at the decision-making bias induced by the sequence position,research is carried out around its manifestation,production mechanism,and bias correction form.Finally,we focused on the research scope and designed three experiments based on the influence of changes in the presentation of information visualization and the representation form of information visualization on the decision bias induced by the sequence position effect.The first experiment suggests that the serial position effect can induce human computer interaction decision-making bias,and user decision-making results in the separate evaluation mode are more prone to the recency effect,whereas user decision-making results in the joint evaluation mode are more prone to the primacy effect.The second experiment confirms that the influence of explicit and implicit details of information on the decision bias of the human computer interaction caused by the serial position effect.The third experiment confirms that under the multi-attribute decision-making task,two different representation forms,the integrated multi-attribute presentation and the columnar multi-attribute presentation,will make users have different preferences for products at the beginning and the middle of the sequence.The results show that designers can adjust the impact of sequence position effects by changing the presentation of design elements according to different fields,tasks and needs.When the results are applied to the research field,the decision results can be retrospectively attributed;when applied to the marketing field,it can induce the advantageous position of high-profit products;when applied to the complex information system interaction field,it can rectify deviations to assist users in completing rational decision-making.The article gives accurate and fast design guidance methods for different needs,completes the design case display,and puts forward the prospect of the follow-up work of this research. |
