Decision Support System, based on information system and decision-making technology, has been developed rapidly. It has become one of important research subjects in the field of system engineering and computer application. The technology of the human-machine interactive decision-making is a more important factor in the research of DSS. This system, based on a developed prototype that is a human-machine interactive decision-making system, has been researched and developed. It has been modeled by using UML in order to let other researchers understand and grasp the1 system. Main achievements are as follows.First, the former system has been optimized and its visualization has been improved. Second, the system has been modeled by using UML that would be convenient to understand to the different researchers. Third, the paper discusses how to make utility function to show decision-maker' s preference. The database about utility function is developed. The utility data of alternatives are showed by graph. Forth, the paper analyses the degree of sensitivity about attribute' s weights and data. Fifth, some decision-making methods are added to the DLL and some methods are visualized.
