With today's high-speed information intercommunication, nearly all domains are facing more game questions, such as society, economy, people's life, national defense, etc. The game theory is also becoming a popular research topic in recent years. "Game Holy Bible" also mentions that in the 21st century, people shall stand in the front of the game theory; what can vibrate the human's emotion most is the game, and what influence the future most will be the game. Computer game is also called machine game, and it belongs to the research filed of artificial intelligence. At present, enormous success has already been achieved applying computer games to chess games, such as Othello, Gobang, Chess and Chinese Chess. Studying on Wargame which is more typical becomes a new task of computer game research.Based on techniques of the computer game, knowledge database and decision analysis, this thesis constructs a computer Wargame system according to an expert intelligence decision system's architecture. The system takes the knowledge database and the illation arithmetic as a core, and uses an object-oriented thought to carry out the knowledge expression and the illation design. Meanwhile, a combat goal model is established in the system. Finally, partial decision-making of Wargame deduction is realized. This thesis mainly completes the following tasks.Firstly, this thesis proposes a computer Wargame program, based on an expert-system design concept. The knowledge database and illation arithmetic are key parts of the system. The design concept is proposed by combining the complexity of Wargame rules and the unfledged appraisal method of current Wargame. The Wargame man-machine game system is realized by the way of the expert system, which can play an essential role in forecasting the present decision scheme appraisal.Secondly, according to the construction method of rule-based expert system, the thesis designs the knowledge database of a small Wargame model, which contains a local state database, an action course database and a regular database. Meanwhile, this thesis introduces in details a knowledge-expression method of the knowledge database. The establishment of the knowledge database is the foundation of realizing this Wargame man-machine game system.Thirdly, according to the common design method of computer game programs, this thesis designs the data structure of the small Wargame model, including checkerboard chessman codes, action course codes and the design of a law-production. Wherein, in the law production, through the analysis of the Wargame deduction process, this thesis proposes the design concept of an action course chains of taking battle goals as nodes, in view of the deduction principle of "centralized superior military strength, as soon as strikes fatally". The design concept is the key for the decision-making production of this system. Finally, with an object-oriented knowledge expression method applied, combat goal functions are adopted to express the Wargame deduction process. These functions include operational chain production, movement production, attack value computation, defense value computation, the revision of fight ratio, fight result production, fight result apportion and so on. The realization of the knowledge expression involves enormous algorithms, and is the main work of this system. The man-machine game system of Wargame realized in this thesis aims at every round, and the decision-making effects of the system can be used for testing the effect of random numbers on combats by repeating trials. Thus, the practical effectiveness of this battle scheme can be better understood. This system provides a good try beneficial to the design of Computer Wargame Game System.
