| The convenience of publishing and obtaining information on social platforms facilitates people’s communication,but also provides fertile soil for the generation and dissemination of rumors.Rumors generally arise in hot areas of widespread concern,which can easily trigger various unstable events and affect social harmony and stability.Establishing a rumor spreading model and exploring the influencing factors of rumor spreading are helpful for rumor control.The existing research rarely consider the impact of spatial factors on rumor propagation,the different influence of initial communicators,and the optimization of network structure to address rumor problems.With the help of fractal theory,the research on rumor propagation models can be improved.In this thesis,using the relevant ideas and models of fractal theory,a new rumor propagation model is established to study the influencing factors of rumor propagation and rumor control strategies.The specific work is as follows:(1)Analysis and identification of fractal characteristics of rumor propagation.Through graphical representation and analogy,it is concluded that rumor spreading has self-similarity.Next,through Hurst index calculation and visual graph analysis of rumor instances,the identification method of rumor propagation analysis features is demonstrated.Provide scientific basis for the establishment and use of fractal rumor propagation models.(2)Establish a fractal rumor propagation model based on SIR(S(Spreaders),I(Ignorants),and R(Stiflers)).Previous rumor spreading models rarely consider the influence of spatial structure on rumors.The fractal SIR rumor spreading model can take fractal characteristics into account in the process of rumor spreading.Real data are used to verify the validity of the model,compares it with the SIR rumor propagation model,demonstrating the advantages of the fractal model.Through parameter analysis,the factors affecting the trend of rumor spreading are found,and effective and feasible rumor control strategies are proposed.(3)Establish a fractal rumor propagation model based on DLA(Diffusion Limited Aggregation).In previous studies,the fractal characteristics of rumor propagation have been analyzed,and DLA is a commonly used fractal growth model.Based on the DLA model,a rumor propagation model was established.Experimental results show that the model can well demonstrate the self-similarity of rumor propagation and intuitively show the scale of rumors.Sensitivity analysis of model parameters was conducted to explore the influencing factors of rumor size,and the relationship between rumor size and fractal dimension was studied.This model can compensate for the disadvantage that the SIR model cannot express multiple initial communicators with different influences.(4)Establishment of rumor spreading model in fractal network.Small world,scale-free and fractal are three characteristics of complex networks.Scholars have done a lot of research in small world networks and scale-free networks,and have achieved rich research results.However,the research in fractal networks is still lacking.By comparing the spreading process of rumors in fractal networks with that in BA(Barabasi-Albert)and ER(Erd(?)s-Rényi)networks,it is found that the fractal structure of the network can effectively suppress the spread of rumors.From the perspective of optimizing the network structure,find ways to manage rumors. |
