Data collection systems play an important role in modern industrial production,scientific experiments,and other fields,which can help people better understand the performance and operation of equipment.With the advancement of technology,the requirements for data collection equipment in various industries are also increasing.In response to the problems of complex design,slow data transmission,and low accuracy of traditional data collection equipment,a multi-channel data collection system with easy scalability,high accuracy,visualization,and secondary development is designed.The specific work is as follows:(1)Complete the design of the hardware platform for the data acquisition system.The hardware platform of this system uses the Zynq-7000 series XCZ-7010 as the main control chip,and the data acquisition chip uses two AD7606 chips to complete 16 channel synchronous acquisition.The internal DDR3 of the ZYNQ chip is used to store the data,and one AD9708 chip is used to output the signal.Finally,the data transmission is completed through Ethernet and USB interfaces.(2)Complete the software platform design.The software platform of this system adopts the Linux operating system as the underlying operating system,and customized development has been carried out for the ZYNQ chip,achieving efficient management and control of hardware resources.A graphical interface was designed using Labview,which enables quick parameter setting,data display,data storage,and other operations.(3)Complete the overall system testing,including the internal functions of ZYNQ,Ethernet transmission function,signal acquisition function,and signal output function.The test results show that this system can effectively complete data acquisition and transmission functions,and can accurately display waveforms on the upper computer.The design of this system starts from investigating the current research status at home and abroad,determining design indicators,completing the model selection of basic hardware equipment,designing and writing software programs for each required module,and completing the design of the control interface.Finally,the main control interface,signal transmission,input interface,and output interface were tested separately,and the test results were verified.Finally,the design of a multi-channel data collector was completed.
