Abstract/Summary:
Data acquisition system plays an important role in real-time monitoring of equipment and scientific experiments.It has been widely used in modern industrial production,scientific experiments and daily transportation,such as workshop machines,high-s:peed automobile engines,wind turbines,hydroelectric generators,scientific experiment process.Even running bullet train and moving helicopter need data acquisition.With the rapid development of science and technology,the signal processing requirements faced by researchers or engineers are becoming more and more complex,the speed of original data acquisition is becoming faster and faster,and the sampling accuracy is becoming higher and higher.Therefore,the research of high-speed and high-precision digital acquisition equipment is becoming more and more important.In recent years,the precision and speed of ADC are getting higher and faster,and the integration and working frequency of control units are getting higher and higher,and SOC chips integrated with ARM and FPGA have appeared,such as SoC FPGA of Altera,Zynq-7000 series of Xilinx.Zynq-7000 Series is SoC of Xilinx C.ompany.It is composed of dual-core or single-core ARM Cortex-A9 and FPGA based on 28nm technology.It also includes on-chip storage space and external storage controller,as well as a series of rich peripheral interface buses.This design takes Linux as embedded operating system,Labview as development tool of control interface,XC7Z020 of Zynq-7000 series as core device,DDR as program and data storage space,AD7768 as ADC chip,AK4490 as DAC chip,and Ethernet or USB interface as communication interface.This design includes three parts:digital logic,embedded communication control and host computer interface.This paper describes the selection of hardware devices,the logical design of each module,the data interaction between FPGA and ARM,the realization of digital communication interface and the design of control interface.It simulates each module of logic control,verifies the digital communication protocol by software,and so on.And the system is tested including PC control,digital communication,output interface and input interface.The design of multi-channel date acquisition device is successfully realized.
