Research On The Identification And Evaluation Of Financial Risk Of AVIT

Since information technology service industry faces great challenges due to the fast development nowadays.In this context,many traditional IT service enterprises begin to seek transformation for their own development,while financial risks will inevitably appear in the process of transformation.Once financial risks occur,the daily operation will be greatly affected,and may even lead to bankruptcy.Therefore,it is more necessary for information technology service enterprises to identify and evaluate the possible financial risks,analyze the possible influencing factors,and then take effective measures to prevent them in advance,so as to ensure the stable and healthy development.This paper takes Shenzhen AVIT Co.,Ltd.(hereinafter referred to as "AVIT")as the research subject.Firstly,it defines the information technology service industry,summarizes the characteristics,and expounds the connotation,type and financial risk management theory.Secondly,according to the actual situation of AVIT,the financial situation is analyzed through the financial statements in recent five years after combining with the characteristics of listed companies in the information technology service industry based on the basic theory of financial risk management.Then,the corresponding indicators are selected from three aspects to identify the financial risk including financing risk,investment risk and operation risk.Thirdly,a quantitative financial risk evaluation model is selected according to the previous research experience,and industry-related financial indicators are selected to establish the financial risk evaluation system,so as to judge the severity of AVIT financial risk and analyze the financial risk evaluation results.Finally,it find outs the possible influencing factors through the analysis on AVIT financial risk identification and evaluation results,then it puts forward the corresponding risk prevention countermeasures for different types of financial risks from the perspective of financing,investment and operation,thus providing reference for the improvement of AVIT financial risk management system in the future.
