Digital economy is an integrated application of the achievements of the fresh round of scientific and technological revolution.Now,the dimensions of digital economy in China and America is top the list,and it increase rapidly.Driving industrial digitalization and digital industrialization has develop into an important concern on digital economy development in various countries.Emerging industries derived from the digital economy industry have become strategic industries to promote high-quality economic development,and the digital economy industry has penetrated into other related industries,which has had a direct and indirect impact on the economy,such as industrial pull and promotion,industrial spillovers and feedbacks,and the developmental impact of the digital economy’s entire industrial chain.In order to study the influence of digital industry in input-output network in America and China,and the correlation between digital industry and other industries.In this paper,we classify and merge the input-output tables for China and the United States in 2007,2012,and 2017,constructs an input-output model and network,and analyzes the correlation and mechanism of digital industries in the whole network by using input-output coefficient,centrality,community detection and maximum spanning tree algorithm,so as to provide empirical support for the digital economy to drive the development of various industries.The results indicate that: the first,China and the United States have different industrial structures of digital economy.China digital product is primarily manufacturing,however,the digital factor actuating industry and digital technology application industry in the United States more prosperous development.Second,the level of development digital economy industry in America and China is different.Higher material consumption in China means lower added value and development level of digital economy industry in China,while lower material consumption in the United States means higher added value and development level of digital economy industry in America.The third,the industry circulation mechanism of digital economy development in America and China is different.The digital economy industry in China has not yet lined into the industrial cycle mechanism,but the industrial output of the digital economy in the United States has lined into the industrial cycle mechanism.Fourthly,the digital economy industry in America functions differ from that of China in the national economy.The economic industry in China tends to provide leading and driving functions,while the digital economy industry in the United States tends to provide supporting and driving functions.Fifth,China and the United States have disparate driving forces for the evolution of digital economy.Scientific research and technical services are forceful driving forces for digital industrialization in the digital economy between America and China.Besides,public management in the United States is also the key to promote the development of digital industrialization.
