| Information technologies of cloud computing,blockchain,and big data are driving the world into the digital economy era.The production factors represented by data have profoundly changed the business model of the retail supply chain,promoting innovative development of the retail supply chain.However,risks of the pandemic have exposed issues of insufficient supply chain resilience of information asymmetry and low coordination efficiency in retail supply chains.As an important scenario for social consumption,enhancing the retail supply chain resilience(RSCR)is of great significance.Firstly,this thesis constructs a framework based on TOE theory for the influencing factors of RSCR from three levels: technology,organization,and environment.Secondly,the thesis uses Structural Equation Modeling(SEM)to construct an evaluation model for the influencing factors of RSCR.This model can quantitatively analyze the impact of various factors on the RSCR.Thirdly,the thesis uses the fsQCA configuration analysis method to analyze and form multiple configuration paths to enhance the RSCR.The main conclusions of this thesis are as follows:(1)The thesis uses the TOE framework to extract 25 factors that affect the RSCR from three levels of "technology organization environment".And it proposes theoretical assumptions about the influencing factors,and uses SEM to verify the theoretical assumptions.The factors that ultimately have a significant impact on the resilience of the retail supply chain include: organizational information sharing,supply chain collaboration ability,organizational core competitiveness,digital technology security,and the environment of the retail industry.(2)This thesis uses the fsQCA method to conduct a fuzzy set qualitative comparative analysis on the factors that affect the RSCR.There are four configuration paths to enhance the RSCR: digital technology empowerment based on technology and organization collaboration,core capability support based on technology and organization collaboration,industrial economy driven based on organization and environment collaboration,and information sharing leading based on technology organization environment collaboration.And there are two paths that lead to weak environmental risks and a lack of information sharing,resulting in low RSCR.(3)The thesis analyzes strategies to enhance the RSCR in the context of the digital economy based on different configuration paths.It mainly includes three aspects: digital technology empowerment-promoting the digital upgrading of retail supply chains,industrial economy driving-building the retail supply chain industry ecosystem,information sharing leading-optimizing the boundaries of technology platforms.This thesis not only analyzes the numerous factors that affect the RSCR in the context of the digital economy,but also proposes strategic choices to enhance the resilience of the retail supply chain,achieve the unity of theoretical value and practical significance,promote the upgrading of the retail industry,and implement the supply chain resilience strategy. |
