Research On Information Sharing Decision Of Industrial Technology Innovation Alliance

With the continuous development of information technology,information as an important resource for social development,its rational use can greatly improve social productivity.For industrial technological innovation activities,it can be seen as a process of constantly generating knowledge,in which information is the key factor.Only on the basis of efficient access to innovation information can technological innovation activities be carried out effectively.However,because the enterprises in the alliance and the school research institutes and other members may come from different regions of the country or even the world,the members do not know each other well and have no face-to-face communication opportunities,which may easily lead to mutual suspicion,thus affecting the efficiency of innovation information sharing.The emergence of blockchain technology has opened a breakthrough for solving the problems of information security and member trust in information sharing of the industrial technology innovation alliance.Opening up the application field of blockchain in industry university research collaborative innovation has also become the focus of the "Fourteenth Five Year" Digital Economy Development Plan officially issued by the State Council on January 12,2022.Therefore,based on the research status of industrial technology innovation alliance in information sharing,combined with the research and application of blockchain technology in the field of information sharing,this paper makes an in-depth analysis of the information sharing characteristics and influencing factors of industrial technology innovation alliance under the application of blockchain,and puts forward game hypothesis according to the analysis results,Build two tripartite information sharing strategy models with "government enterprise university research" and "government core enterprise member enterprise" as the main bodies respectively,explore the stable information sharing strategy state,and observe the evolution process of sharing decisions made by each body in the game process.Finally,based on matlab simulation,the paper analyzes the influencing factors of information sharing decision,and puts forward corresponding conclusions and strategies to promote information sharing.The research results show that the application of blockchain technology is effective in promoting information sharing between enterprises and researchers in the industrial technology innovation alliance.In the process of information sharing of traditional industrial technology innovation alliance,it is easy for all members of the alliance to choose not to share,which leads to the dilemma of data island for all members of the alliance.The application of blockchain technology has had a great impact on the values of several key parameters in the sharing process.Although the impact results are different,they all help to promote the ideal equilibrium state shared by all parties.This research applies blockchain technology to the field of industrial technology innovation alliance,discusses how to solve the problems of information sharing security and member trust of industrial technology innovation alliance through blockchain technology,and promotes all parties to actively share innovation information.It can enrich the research results of blockchain technology application and information sharing,improve the innovation level of alliance members,and promote the healthy development of industrial technology innovation alliance.
