With the advent of the Internet age,basic telecommunications operators has acquired a large amount of users' data and information of consumption habits through several decades of development.Under the foundation of this large amount of data,how to maximize the value of these users' data in an effective way has become a problem the operator faced in the process of marketing development.Since the second half of last century,industrial production capacity has gradually met almost the needs of the market.Consumers began to take into account of personal interests,and above this demand customized production appeared.The traditional "Push" production is converted to the new "Pull" production.On the basis of this market demand,this research tries to put a customer relationship management system designed for basic telecom operators.Besides considering how to manage customers' information reasonably and effectively,this system also integrates a new decision support solutions to provide an assisted precision marketing support.This thesis makes a detailed analysis of the marketing needs of this telecommunications Customer Relationship Management(CRM)system,and makes some related system's functional analysis based on the needs.In the end,the thesis makes a related design of system open and experimental test based on MVC framework.In addition,this research also introduces the optimization algorithm to realize the analysis of the user group of communications industry.Under the foundation of the clear analysis of the customer group,the research can help the company to develop the products and then realize the orienting marketing.With the coming of the 4G era,the competition of communication market is becoming increasingly fierce.The customer relationship management(CRM)system researched in this thesis,can effectively provide those enterprises' marketing decision supports to survive in the competitive market today.Therefore,the enterprises will be able to improve the rate of marketing success,reduce marketing costs and improve investment returns.
