Artificial intelligence technology is being iterated and applied in more and more industries.Among them,more and more attention has been paid to the marketing activities based on artificial intelligence technology.The marketing behavior activity with the aid of artificial intelligence technology can make the brand or the product more efficient and quicker to carry on the consumer demand insight,the user interaction,the brand promotion and the advertisement placement,and create a richer creative content.Artificial intelligence technology has brought great changes and more possibilities to the marketing industry.But artificial intelligence marketing in the rapid development of the process of inevitable emergence of a lot of ethical issues,and the complex technical situation and moral situation further exacerbated the crisis and harm of ethical issues.Among many ethical problems,the risk of invasion of privacy in artificial intelligence marketing has received great attention,and this issue urgently needs to be analyzed and regulated with an ethical dimension and framework,so that the artificial intelligence marketing industry healthy and sustainable development.And this research studies the risk of invasion of privacy in artificial intelligence marketing,using the semi-structured in-depth interview method,having a good understanding of the artificial intelligence marketing industry scholars,the artificial intelligence marketing industry practitioners and the artificial intelligence marketing industry,a total of 40 interviewees were interviewed by consumers with high frequency of internet contact.And the content of the interview materials are explored and collated,summed up the reasons of AI marketing privacy invasion risk,AI marketing privacy invasion risk brought about the ethical crisis.In view of the problem of summary and induction,using the normative ethics theory,which can regulate and guide people’s behavior and practice,to explore the right path of privacy protection in the artificial intelligence marketing situation: to construct the norm of behavior through normative ethics’ s duty ethics,to uphold the maximization of the interests of all groups through utilitarian ethics,and to clarify the rights and responsibilities of different subjects through responsibility ethics,from the individual,the enterprise to the country three stratification planes proposed the artificial intelligence marketing privacy infringement risk concrete elimination path.It is hoped that the ethical regulation of the normative ethics will bring some ideas and methods to solve the ethical problems in the artificial intelligence marketing,so that the AI marketing practice can continue to explore in a safer environment,the AI marketing industry can continue to develop in a more standardized system.
