Research On The Precise Service Mode Of The Library For The Information Demand Of The Agricultural Industry

General Secretary Xi Jinping emphasized that "the key to agricultural modernization lies in scientific and technological progress and innovation,and encourages all sectors of society to devote themselves to rural construction and accelerate the development of agricultural modernization." As an important carrier of culture,the library has a long history of serving "agriculture,rural areas and farmers".In recent years,with the in-depth advancement of the rural revitalization strategy,libraries at all levels and various types have explored various service methods such as farmhouse bookstores,agricultural characteristic database construction,and sending science and technology to the countryside by relying on their own advantages.effect.Rural revitalization and industrial prosperity are the key points.At present,the services provided by libraries for rural areas are mostly concentrated in the field of rural cultural construction.The precise services of libraries oriented by the needs of the agricultural industry are still weak,with the characteristics of strong demand,insufficient effective supply,and obvious dislocation of supply and demand.Precisely mining industry information needs and stimulating industry development momentum have become the top priority for libraries to carry out research and practice on precise services for rural revitalization.New-type agricultural business entities(mainly large professional households,family farms,farmers’ cooperatives,agricultural enterprises,etc.)are the main force in rural industries.Different from traditional farmers,they have knowledge,understand technology,and are good at business operations,and have a good knowledge base and professional skills.and innovation ability,the demand for agricultural information services is more urgent,and it is easier to promote the development of rural industries.Jiangsu Province,as a major agricultural province,a major economic province and a powerful province in science and technology,shoulders the glorious mission of "taking the lead in basically realizing the modernization of agriculture and rural areas".Therefore,it is typical and representative to choose "new operating entities in Jiangsu Province" as the main object of "research on the precise service model of the library for the information needs of the agricultural industry".This study comprehensively uses literature research,case analysis,field interviews,questionnaires and other methods to analyze the functions and characteristics of the library’s precise service model for agricultural and rural construction;Provide data support for the construction of precise service model;finally,build a library’s precise service framework under the guidance of internal and external symbiosis theory,and build a library’s precise service model based on the characteristics of industrial needs.The specific research includes the following three aspects:(1)Analysis of the characteristics of library services for new agricultural business entities.Using the case analysis method,this paper analyzes and summarizes the functional characteristics of the library to carry out precise services and the cases of the library of Henan Agricultural University serving regional agriculture,the library of Shenyang Agricultural University serving "Sannong",and the library of Shanghai Academy of Agricultural Sciences serving "Sannong".The characteristics of the precise service model provide reference and factual basis for the follow-up research work.(2)Research on the demand for precise information services of new agricultural business entities in Jiangsu Province.Accurate mining of industrial information needs is the key to developing accurate services.In this part,through the design of the agricultural industry demand survey questionnaire,the new agricultural management entities in Jiangsu Province are the main research objects,and a one-to-one questionnaire survey is carried out to analyze the demand characteristics of the new agricultural management entities for information service channels,forms,cycles,and content of information resources.Provide ideas for building accurate services.(3)Research on the construction of library precise service model for agricultural industry information demand.Based on the factual basis of the library’s accurate services for agriculture and the survey results of industrial needs,guided by the theory of internal and external symbiosis,the mapping relationship between the needs of the agricultural industry and the library’s precise services was analyzed,the mechanism of action between the symbiotic units was identified,and the internal and external symbiosis units were constructed.Symbiosis and cycle-driven precise service model,and discuss related strategies to ensure the long-term operation of this model.There are three main innovations in this research: First,to embed the library as an exogenous driving force into the development of the agricultural industry,accurately identify the endogenous demand of the industry,stimulate the endogenous energy of the industry,and comprehensively utilize the endogenous factors of the industry and the library’s Exogenous factors,build a precise service model of the library with internal and external symbiosis.The second is to start with the new agricultural management entities in Jiangsu Province,and use the questionnaire survey method to explore their information service needs,grasp the demand characteristics of different new agricultural management entities,and lay the foundation for the construction of industrial demandoriented library precision services.The third is to introduce the theory of internal and external symbiosis into the practice of the library’s precise service model.Through the theory of internal and external symbiosis,the industry’s endogenous data resources,endogenous needs,and library exogenous data resources and exogenous service forces are organically integrated to provide library services.The research on precision service that encourages user participation,internal and external symbiosis,and cycle-driven provides ideas and methods for reference.
