| With the development of technology and changes in market demand,software products are becoming more and more complex,and the agile method of responding quickly to customer needs is becoming popular.Foreign software technology companies have adopted agile method.Although the values of agile method promote individuals and interactions over processes and tools,processes and tools are indispensable.It need focus on processes and rely on tools.These software technology companies adopting agile method usually outsource the non-core business of their projects to outsourcing service providers in order to obtain specialized services.However,some domestic software outsourcing service providers still use labor cost advantage to gain profit,seldom focus on cultivation of talent and technical training,ignoring the process and tools,the service is increasingly difficult to meet customer demand.Exposure to risk if they contracted for these projects.In this paper,we take the example of company M contracting outsourcing project for foreign software technological company.M company implements risk management for the success of the project.Based on the common interests of both the company and the client,we establish a risk management framework of the company’s project using risk management theory.According to the objectives of project risk management,first use the flowchart method to draw each workflow,identify possible risk factors in the project,then use the risk probability impact matrix to assess the risk factor priority,formulate a list of risk factors for the project,and finally take risk response measures and risk monitoring for the risk factors.The project risks reduce through the implementation of risk management. |
