| With the rise of mobile internet,the internet live streaming industry is also thriving.Due to the short development period of the internet live streaming industry and the unique nature of the live streaming industry,risk management for internet live streaming companies is an important topic.This article takes H Company as an example and summarizes a risk management plan for H Company’s value-added projects by analyzing their value-added projects.This article first elucidates the background and significance of risk management in the internet live streaming industiy.By analyzing factors such as H Company’s current background,development status,and revenue data,it further analyzes the problems faced by H Company’s value-added projects.Combining theoretical knowledge of risk management and reading a large number of literature and practical cases,a risk identification list for H Company is obtained.The risk list of H Company’s value-added projects includes three primary risks:market development,policy and legal environment,and research and development management,as well as thirteen secondary risks:new user growth,declining user consumption willingness,loss of platform anchors,and probability of violation gameplay.Next,conduct a risk analysis on the above risk list using the Analytic Hierarchy Process.By conducting expert surveys and interviewing relevant practitioners,each risk is scored and a corresponding risk matrix is obtained.According to the Analytic Hierarchy Process,weight calculation,consistency verification,and weighting of the lowest level risk factors were performed on the risk matrix to obtain a priority list for risk response.The reasons for the problems were analyzed in depth,and it was found that H Company’s value-added projects currently lack a comprehensive macro risk warning system,lack of industrial competition risk response measures,and improper internal risk control methods and efforts,Causing business risks.Finally,based on the different risk elements on the risk list,this article uses brainstorming to propose countermeasures for the main risk factors and corresponding solutions to the problems mentioned above.It also proposes three major risk control measures:strengthening the construction of macro risk warning system,constructing macro risk response plans,and strengthening core department risk management,in order to achieve the stable operation of H Company’s value-added projects.The research in this article can further enrich the theoretical system of enterprise risk management and provide new theoretical research cases.On the other hand,it has important practical significance for guiding the sustainable development of companies in the video live streaming industry,and can provide support for the subsequent improvement of risk management level for value-added projects in the same industry. |
