In recent years,there has been a boom in live video streaming in the field of internet entertainment,watching or launching live video streaming has become a popular social mode for young people.There are four types of live video streaming,including show live video streaming,game live video streaming,pan-amusement live video streaming and vertical live video streaming.From the point of various types in the overall market share,pan-amusement live video streaming in a live video streaming market proportion is the largest,has the highest user permeability,and began to integrate with other industries,develop the trend of “live video streaming plus”.On the content of live video streaming,on the one hand,it has comprehensive content,on the one hand,full of vulgar information,society had criticism on it and suspect that its can rely on users to consistently profitable.However,as the spread of the emerging forms pan-amusement live video streaming has great social value and marketing value,penetrate into every aspect of life,creates a virtual background which seems like a real world,integrate virtual and real,fuse multiple scenarios into new scene;breaks the limits of time and space;change the way we used to socialize;influence the user's identity.Therefore,it is of practical significance to analyze and interpret the business model of pan-amusement live video streaming.This article is divided into five chapters,the first chapter is the introduction to introduce the selected topic background,research significance,research methods,defining the relevant concepts,and illustrated the research framework which is based on the perspective of value creation and combine with the characteristics of panamusement live video streaming to analyze its business model,summarize suitable for analysis of the components of its business model: orientation,value proposition,value network,profit model,the core resources.The second chapter studies the current situation,information dissemination type and information transmission characteristics of pan-amusement live video streaming.The third chapter for the analysis of the industrial environment of the panamusement live video streaming,including through the PEST model to analyze its external macro environment,by "five model" and the composition of the industry chain to analyze its internal management environment,summarizes the value proposition of pan-amusement live video streaming.The fourth chapter analyze the business model of the pan-amusement live video streaming,through the research framework based on value creation perspective on three representative pan-amusement live video streaming platform case – YY LIVE,INKE,Yi Zhi Bo found that the three cases of value creation respective emphasis respectively based on user needs to create value,based on the brand marketing to create value,create value based on strategic cooperation,sums up the business model of the pan-amusement live video streaming is multilateral platform business model.The fifth chapter explores general pan-amusement live video streaming problems,including high-quality content oriented vulgarization,platform occupy the host resources,flow value remains to be further excavated and lack of copyright protection consciousness,and from the content production and management mode,the user experience three aspects put forward the optimization strategy of the pan-amusement live video streaming,to face up to the value of the pan-amusement live video streaming,expect can help pan-amusement live video streaming industry sustainable development.
