Research On Quality Control Of Large Mobile Software Projects In Company B

Since the popularization of 3 G in 2009,China’s Internet has been developing for 13 years.With the epidemic situation and changes in the international situation,Chinese Internet enterprises are not able to go to sea,which leads to the development of domestic Internet enterprises to use mature platforms to achieve low-cost operations for private domain traffic,and spawns large mobile apps such as WeChat,Alipay,mobile Baidu,Taobao,Tiktok,and so on.On this basis,a smartphone application system based on smartphones is proposed.Faced with new opportunities and challenges,how to implement scientific and efficient service processes and processes based on the scale characteristics of mobile terminals is the key to ensuring their healthy development and improving customer satisfaction,and is also a key scientific issue that urgently needs to be solved.Therefore,in response to the development trend of mobile terminal systems,promoting the construction and development of software quality systems for modern mobile terminal systems,exploring and applying the theory and methods of quality management for large-scale mobile terminal systems,is currently an urgent problem to be solved.Firstly,based on a review of domestic and foreign literature,this article introduces the background of the emergence of such large-scale mobile software,and summarizes the characteristics of such large-scale mobile software compared to traditional software.It analyzes and demonstrates the key influencing factors of the multi-service access,large user base,and natural advantages and disadvantages of such large-scale mobile software on its software quality control management.Secondly,combined with various theories such as project management and project quality control theory,software project management,software design theory,and requirements management methods,case analysis,questionnaire method,and qualitative/quantitative analysis method are used to analyze,verify,and improve the problems encountered in Company B’s S project,and summarize the reasons why traditional software quality control measures are ineffective when facing large mobile software.Finally,summarize the identification issues in different scenarios of quality control and software development lifecycle for large-scale mobile software projects,and propose targeted solutions to avoid or reduce risks.This article uses the concept of comprehensive management and the theory of engineering project quality control principles to analyze and sort out the measures taken by Company B’s S project in the entire software project lifecycle management process,and summarizes a complete set of quality control solutions for mobile large-scale software at various stages of the software development and management process.This has positive significance for standardizing and improving the level of mobile largescale software research and development management,Expanding and enriching research on quality control of mobile terminal software.
