With the in-depth development of the new generation of scientific and technological revolution and industrial transformation,digital economy become the focus of enterprises to seize new opportunities for development and shape new competitive advantages.Digital transformation of enterprises is turning to a new stage of deepening application and standardized development.Many traditional group enterprises in China still rely on a passive firefighting operation and maintenance management model for their IT operation and maintenance services.The problems of low IT service level,low user satisfaction,and difficulty in fine management of IT service work are prominent,making it difficult to adapt to the development of the digital era.How to effectively improve the level of IT operation and maintenance services to help traditional group enterprises reduce costs and increase efficiency.It is a common concern of enterprise IT organizations to further promote the deeper Digital transformation of enterprises.This paper selects F Group Company as the research object.It combs and analyzes the current Digital transformation and IT service management related theories.Finally,it proposes a feasible optimization plan by analyzing the optimization requirements of IT operation and maintenance service management system of F Group Company.The main research conclusions of this paper are as follows:(1)It constructs a set of quantitative evaluation method for the current maturity of IT operation and maintenance services,and calculates that the maturity result of IT operation and maintenance services of F Group company is between level 1 and level 2.Through the evaluation results,the gap between the current IT operation and maintenance service level of F Group Company and best practices is identified.In addition,according to the evaluation results,the main influencing factors of low operation and maintenance service level of F Group Company are summarized.(2)According to the evaluation and analysis results,this paper formulate the optimization principle of IT operation and maintenance service management system of F Group Company and determine the fully centralized operation and maintenance service mode.It propose a set of IT operation and maintenance service management system framework for F Group Company.Finally,based on this framework,a specific optimization path is developed,focusing on the optimization and improvement of IT operation and maintenance organization,IT operation and maintenance standards and specifications,and IT operation and maintenance service core process.The core of this paper is to study the IT operation and maintenance service management system of F Group Company.First of all,it makes a detailed analysis of the current status of IT operation and maintenance services of F Group Company and the main influencing factors of the low level of operation and maintenance service.Secondly,according to the results of evaluation and analysis and the demands of digital transformation on IT operation and maintenance service management capability,the optimization principle is formulated,and the operation and maintenance service mode in the whole set is determined.Finally,the framework of IT operation and maintenance service management system for F Group Company is established,and the optimization path and implementation safeguard measures are proposed.It is hoped that this paper can provide useful reference for the optimization and improvement of IT operation and maintenance service management system of group enterprises.
