The energy shortage in oil and environment pollution increasingly serious today, how todrag the high-speed development of the social economy and achieve a low-carbonenvironmental protection living environment is the world problems to be solved. Developinga low-carbon economy that is the core of low-carbon industry road, and low-carbontechnology development is development is the key to a low-carbon economy. Low-carbonindustry will industrial-tech chain is low-carbon technology and ideas into a particularindustry industrial-tech chain the industry is a new type of industrial cluster structure, so asto realize the industry efficient production and low-carbon both as the goal, related to theconnection of the enterprise as a chain closely linked together, forming on middle and lowerreaches of the collaboration new production mode. Knowledge management as the mostimportant production management organization management, there will be organized thevalue of the information resources integration and reasonable distribution together again, thepurpose is to improve the core competitiveness of the organization. In view of this thought, this paper analyzes the knowledge management behavior andput it into the role of low-carbon industry industrial-tech chain. In this paper the combed thelow-carbon industrial-tech chain related concept, function and features on low-carbonindustry in industrial-tech chain of knowledge management behavior, the role and impactfactors: from low-carbon technology innovation, low-carbon concept innovation, low-carbonsystem innovation, the low-carbon management innovation and low-carbon culturalinnovation in developing the low-carbon knowledge innovation model and on the analysis ofthe low-carbon industry industrial-tech chain knowledge innovation characteristics and thetheoretical knowledge of bionics after fermentation model docking, establish low-carbonindustry industrial-tech chain knowledge innovation knowledge fermentation model; On theanalysis of the low-carbon industry industrial-tech chain knowledge sharing and infectiousdiseases of the similarity theory after, established the low-carbon industry industrial-techchain knowledge sharing of the theoretical model of infectious diseases; Analysis of knowledge management in three important factors, the internal and external environmentfactors and managerial factors; Knowledge management of knowledge map is an importanttool, it will be a very good organization of information integration together to give full playto the role of knowledge sharing, a mathematical model of knowledge map and analyzes itscharacteristics, and then research in the application of low-carbon industry industrial-techchain; In the above standard literature study, focus on the American Japan’s new energyindustry in the industrial-tech chain knowledge management system, function andinfluencing factors; In the literature, and case study integrated, and on the basis of thecompany of new energy industry, faw industrial-tech chain knowledge management in thequestionnaire survey, focusing on the industrial-tech chain industry in the effect ofknowledge management role, and the factors affecting the company incentive, get dataanalyzed by descriptive and regression analysis and get the conclusion.Based on low-carbon industry in industrial-tech chain knowledge management as theresearch object, is for the purpose of through to the related theory of bionics research anddiscussion, with the aid of relatively mature theory and model, to explain low-carbonindustry industrial-tech chain knowledge management in the process of building knowledgeactivities, for the domestic about low-carbon industry industrial-tech chain knowledgemanagement theory system provides the basis.
