In recent years,the introduction of Industry 4.0 has triggered a boom in "intelligence" and "wisdom" in manufacturing,software and other fields,and enterprises are facing many challenges in the changing times and market competition,which also provides new ideas and solutions to various problems in the current manufacturing industry.and solutions.This paper takes the background of "Made in China 2025" as an opportunity to discuss how China’s manufacturing industry can be transformed and upgraded through the construction of a 5G private network smart factory.Firstly,this paper presents the background of the research,including the current situation of the research on the construction of smart factories at home and abroad,and the objectives and significance of the research on the construction and application of 5G private network smart factories.Secondly,this paper composes and summarises the main review related theories,including the concepts of 5G private network and smart factory,and explains the concepts and characteristics of 5G network and smart factory,constructs the theoretical framework and methods of this study,and analyses the current situation and problems of smart factory construction at the present stage.Secondly,taking GL Group as a case,this paper analyses the basic functional requirements of GL Group’s smart factory based on 5G private network,determines the functional requirements of5 G technology,5G equipment and 5G system for the factory through on-site investigation and data analysis,and shows the achievements and practices of GL Group in the construction of smart factory from the perspective of application,including the layout of smart factory,humanized environment construction,factory intelligent equipment,etc.It also summarises the functional requirements and objectives of smart factory construction,the system architecture of smart factory construction,and the main function construction of GL Group’s smart factory according to the design practice.Among them,the main function construction is the technical route,the smart factory construction scheme and the construction difficulties and construction methods respectively.Finally,this paper uses the AHP method to construct a new evaluation system for the 5G private network smart factory,determines the index weights through the hierarchical analysis method,weights the evaluation indexes and evaluates the GL Group’s smart factory by using the topo comprehensive evaluation method.The evaluation grade was calculated through the correlation function,and an objective and comprehensive evaluation of the effect of the construction of GL Group’s smart factory was conducted.The results showed that GL Group’s smart factory was excellent as a whole,but the development between systems was unbalanced.To address this issue,this paper puts forward corresponding suggestions and outlooks.The research results of this paper have certain reference value and significance for China’s manufacturing enterprises to carry out intelligent transformation and upgrading and build smart factories.The authors advocate promoting the concept of smart construction,promoting the application of 5G dedicated network smart factory construction,exploring its effect evaluation system and realising the high quality landing of 5G dedicated network smart factory construction.Volume landing.
