Intelligent factory is an important development direction of manufacturing industry.With the continuous development and expansion of the intelligent factory system,the equipment in the system is numerous and the topology structure is relatively scattered,the safety problem in the traditional centralized control system will become increasingly prominent,the performance requirements for the central server will also be significantly improved,system costs will be greatly increased.The blockchain technology,characterized by decentralization,anonymity and no trust foundation,provides a new idea to solve the security problems of traditional control systems.The application of smart contract and blockchain technology in manufacturing industry,let the security management system in the intelligent factory be able to use the blockchain technology and the smart contract to build.Firstly,this thesis analyzes the requirements of the intelligent factory safety management system,including the system structure,function and cooperation requirements,and introduces the related technical knowledge according to the analysis results,for example,the Consensus Algorithm and cryptology knowledge in blockchain technology,the related knowledge of smart contract development and so on,finally determined the structure and function of the intelligent factory security management system and the technical knowledge involved in the implementation.Based on the requirement analysis of the intelligent factory safety management system,this thesis designs the system,from the design of the decentralized overall architecture of the system to the design of the system development process,from the whole architecture design of the smart contract to the privilege management and the command and control policy design of the smart contract,then from the system data security policy design to the user interface design of the system and user interaction.In order to solve the security problem caused by the centralized server in the traditional centralized system,the distributed storage of blockchain and smart contract management are used to protect the security of the system.In order to guarantee the security of data command interaction in the system,an smart contract command control strategy is designed to verify the identity and authority of the user.Two data security strategies are designed to meet the security requirements of different types of data in the system,to ensure the data security in the system,to meet the requirements of the smart contract between the user and the system and the interaction of the bottom blockchain,the user interface is designed,and the whole intelligent factory safety management system is designed from the bottom structure to the top application interface.After the design of the intelligent factory safety management system is completed,in the process of system realization.Firstly,a private blockchain environment is built to simulate the decentralized structure of the system,and the system development environment is used to implement the system,and in the actual production environment for the system's functional testing,to ensure that the system's authority management,command control and data security have reached the design goals,and finally the security testing of the system,the experimental results show that the system has high security.In this system,blockchain technology is used to ensure the security,consistency and non-tamper of data information,the smart contract is used as the realization method of system function,and the user interface is built independently to meet the interactive needs of users and the system.Finally,a high-security decentralized intelligent factory safety management system is realized.
