Research On Digital Archives Information Risk Management Based On A Holistic View Of National Security

In recent years,China's digital archives information has grown exponentially,but due to the cross-impact of environmental,philosophical,technical and management factors,the authenticity,integrity,availability and security of digital archives are threatened.As a new type of security theory,a holistic view of national security has become an important guiding ideology for guiding China's information security work.Therefore,based on the overall national security concept,digital file information risk management research is carried out to effectively solve the risks faced by digital archive information management.The issue is positive.Judging from the status quo of digital archives information security work,the rules and regulations of digital file information risk management in China have gradually improved,and the standard system has taken shape and management methods are increasingly diverse.However,through the review of the digital archive information management practice,due to the backward concept of digital file information risk management,the mechanism is not smooth,the system is not perfect,the technology is not mature,the management method is backward,etc.,often leads to the emergence of figures in the practice of file management.The loss and loss of archive information,leaks and leaks,distortions and failures,and unclear management rights and other issues pose great challenges to archive security work.To this end,the article is based on systematic analysis and research on digital file information risk management in the United States,Canada,and Australia.It is found that these developed countries attach great importance to top-level design,legal construction,technological innovation,and establishment of standards in digital file information management,this has positive implications for China's digital information security work.Finally,based on the perspective of the overall national security concept,combined with the practical needs of China's digital archives information security work and the reference to foreign advanced experience,this paper proposes to optimize China's digital file information risk management strategy from three aspects: First,optimize digital archive information Risk management concept,establish a risk management concept of globalization,synergy and rule of law;second,improve the risk management of digital archives information,realize risk identification,risk assessment and risk response to digital archive information;third,improve the risk of digital archive information Management assurance system,including designing scientific digital file information risk management strategic planning,improving and optimizing digital file information risk management mechanism,establishing and perfecting the legal system of digital file information risk management,constructing a unified digital file information risk management standard system,and making reliable Digital file information risk management technology system,etc.The main innovations of the thesis are reflected in a holistic view of national security to guide the risk management of digital archives information,the integration of digital archive information risk management into a holistic view of national security construction,and the policy of ensuring the security of digital archives based on a holistic view of national security.It is suggested that there is an innovative value for establishing a digital file information risk management framework based on a holistic view of national security perspective.
