On The Study Of China's Information Security Issues

With the global development of the Internet, it has greatly changed the human's ways of production and life since 1990 s, we humans have come into the age of the Internet. The Internet Plus is no longer a strange concept for us, not only does it affect people's basic necessities of life, such as clothing, food, living and transportation, but also it brings new factor to the old topic of national security. In the age of the Internet,there exists new space relationship formed from the massive transnational electric network, and brings new conflict area, the cyber information security has become the new factor to measure national interest, and also the significant strategic issues affect the stable development of national politics, economics, military and culture.The Internet is a double-edged sword, it brings convenience and also troubles to the national information security because of it's own defect. The fast transmission speed of the Internet makes it possible for the false information to spread globally in few seconds, which deeply affect the stability of the society. The Internet itself is widespread and cheap, which makes it easy for cyber terrorists to launch a cyber attack at any time and places without too much cost. There exist cyber traps in the massive information provided by the Internet, when the individual users, companies and governments fall into the trap, all kinds of private information will be exposed. In the information age, the Internet has become the basis to make the whole society go around, the security issues of the Internet has now directly affected the life of the citizens, the businesses of the company and the security of the nation. The information security issues which the Internet brings not only changed the traditional domestic political and economical model, but also shocked the existing international political and financial systems, which deeply affected the national political,economical and military security.This paper is divided into five chapters:The first chapter defines the related concepts of the information security, which makes it clear between the three concepts of the security, national security and information security. Then examines its theoretical basis and ideological characteristics, which are realism, liberalism and constructivism, it also analyzes the national behavior model from the three theories in the information security area.The second part mainly elaborates the impact that the Internet brings to the national security from three aspects of the politics, economics and military, which emphasizes the significance of the information security.The third part analyses the main problems and challenges remains in information security according to the current situation in China.The fourth chapter of the research analyzes the information security issues and information security strategies of the America, Russia and EU,and what lessons should we learn from these countries.The last part puts forward decent information security strategies to deal with the challenge from domestic and foreign country in information security area after combine the practice in China and many useful strategies used in America, Russia and EU.
