Research On Archives Information Dissemination Based On We Chat Official Account

Archival information containing tremendous cultural and economic values is an important source of social development and progress.Only by constantly renewing the concept of service and optimizing the media of archival information dissemination,can archival institutions realize the archival value better.Along with the wide application of social media,the users have changed the channels and behavior habits in access to the information,paying more attention to the diversity and timeliness of information,as well as the convenience of access methods.However,the traditional way of archival information dissemination has been difficult to adapt to the changes of users' information needs.Therefore,the combination of social media and archival information dissemination is an inevitable trend of social development.Among many social media,We Chat,with its unique advantages,has gradually become the main channel for users to communicate and obtain information.The use of We Chat Official Account in the development of archival information dissemination plays an active role in satisfying the users' needs for archival information,promoting the archival institutions to change their service modes,and closing the distance between users and archives.Therefore,the systematic study on archival information dissemination based on We Chat Official Account is of certain reference significance for the realization of archival value and the development of archival undertaking.This paper mainly discusses from six chapters: the first part is the introduction;the second part introduces the related theoretical basis involved,including the definition of relevant concepts,the explanation of role of archival information dissemination,the advantage of We Chat Official Account in the development of archival information dissemination activities and the analysis on the elements of archival We Chat Official Account dissemination;the third part starts from the opening situation,operation subject,communication influence,overall situation and content of WechatOfficial Account,the author makes a comprehensive investigation of the current situation of the information dissemination of Wechat Official Account from the whole to the concrete and from the shallow to the deep by using the method of network investigation;in the fourth part,on the basis of the third chapter,the characteristics of archival information dissemination of the current archival We Chat Official Account are analyzed,and also archival We Chat Official Account is discovered to have the problems,including great difference in development level,incomplete operation organization,sufficient construction and poor interactivity of archival information contents;the fifth part presents the optimization strategy of archival information dissemination from the following aspects: establishing the active service consciousness,improving the construction of operation organization,promoting the information literacy of archivists,strengthening the construction of archival information contents,paying attention to users' interactive feedback,ensuring the archival information security,and formulating the social media policies;and the final part is a chapter of conclusion.Through systematic discussion and actual investigation of the information dissemination based on We Chat Official Account,this paper is expected to provide reference for sustainable development of archival We Chat Official Account.
