Tourist social platforms that integrate online social networking with the tourism industry are booming.More and more users use the social platform of tourism to publish travel information and carry out travel information consumption activities.At the same time,a series of information ecological problems derived from the growth of information become more prominent.Users are the core elements of the platform.Information interaction between users is the main driving force for information transfer.Harmonious information interaction environment is the basis for sustainable development of the platform.Therefore,this study from the perspective of information ecology discusses the characteristics of information interaction behavior of users in the tourism social platform,discusses the influencing factors of information interaction effect,and understands users’ information needs and behavior habits.This study combines information ecological factors and information ecological chain theory to construct an ecosystem model of information interaction behavior of social tourism users,which provides theoretical support for the full text.Secondly,the study uses empirical research and statistical analysis methods,takes Ctrip website as an example,obtains the data of user information interaction behavior,and uses descriptive analysis to reveal the characteristics and rules of components of user information interaction behavior in social tourism platform.The research found that the law of information person characteristics: the distribution of gender and user rank;The number of attention,fans and travelogues published accord with the power law distribution.The enthusiasm of information consumers is not high;Lack of high-yield,influential information producers.The law of information characteristics: the main form of expression is text + picture;In terms of content,the title text is appropriate in number and highly consistent with the content of the body.The main content of the body is food and accommodation,and the introduction of popular attractions.Catalog and category labels are added in small proportions.The law of information environment characteristics: limited user participation,general interactive environment atmosphere;Point approvals and comments follow a power-law distribution and have a long tail.The study uses correlation analysis to further explore the correlation among the components and how it affects the effect of information interaction.It is found that the three dimensions of information person,information and information environment influence each other and interact with each other,which conforms to the basic theorem of information ecology theory.The positive improvement of any variable may lead to the development of other variables.In order to achieve the sustainable development of the system,the variables of each dimension should be balanced and coordinated.Finally,it summarizes the results of the full text,summarizes the ecological problems of user information interaction behavior in the social tourism platform,and puts forward suggestions for how the managers of the social tourism platform should guide the information interaction behavior of the social tourism users and improve the effect of user information interaction.
