Nowadays, with the surging in the number of mobile Internet users,the mobile social networking sites start booming, and explore new development model. At the same time, the media, enterprises and institutions are also trying to use all kinds of mobile social networking platform to do market or government propaganda. But mobile social networking platform now cannot accurately meet user demand, cannot attract larger user groups and cannot maintain the user viscosity.Therefore, to solve the problems and help all types of users use mobile social network scientifically, the main users use mobile social network information demand and information behavior, and the factors of information behavior based on analysis on user's information demand,information behavior and the influence factors of identifying information behavior should be explored.In this paper, the main mobile social network users' information demand and information interaction types in the method of questionnaire investigation, the factors of the users' information demand, information interaction types and the information interaction behavior intention with variance analysis, correlation analysis and regression analysis,are analyze. Then, in the view of user, to provide better information service,some suggestions are put forward The research of this article on thedomestic mobile social network users' information demand and information interaction can help explore the factors of the users' psychological characteristics, the users' information demand and behavior patterns, and also enrich the theoretical system of user information requirements and behavior in Information Science. At the same time,social platform servers can meet the needs of young users, and provide some theoretical guiding suggestion to use fragmentation information well.The main research contents and conclusion are as follows:(1) In this paper, the questionnaire survey data show that a large number of respondents are college students and enterprise employees,mostly bachelor degree or above. They registrant since five years ago, and use mobile social network more than nine times every week, each time about 30 minutes. More than 55% of users will use microblog, QQ space and We Chat.(2) There are kinds of youth information demand of mobile social network, most of the young users hold at least three or more. The strongest demand is the demand for current news information, accounted for 20.69%, another about twenty percent hold the demand for information about friends. The information demands of youth are current news needs,social communication needs, emotional needs, entertainment needs. The current news needs is the first. Through variance analysis, the current news needs of men are stronger, and emotional demands of women arestronger. Bachelor degree or above use mobile social network for their current news needs, microblog users for current news needs, QQ space users for emotional needs, We Chat users for social communication needs.the employees hold stronger entertainment needs. The mobile social network young users' information consciousness is gradually strengthened.The users prefer new and real information initially.(3) The main information interaction behaviors are chat, review,photo, reshipment and sharing. At the same time, the users ' education,gender, register time and platform can affect the user's information needs and information interaction. The factors of information interaction behavior intention are user's information demand,the information quality and service from mobile network operatorsThese innovations of the research on mobile social network user are in the following:(1) The original object. Currently, researches on mobile social network focus on the development history of mobile social network and the users ' motivation. The researches about users' information demand under the network environment mostly focus on the characteristics overview of user's needs and behavior. There is little research about mobile social users' information demand, information interaction, and information interaction. With times or platform changing, domestic mobile social network users' information demand and information behavior willbe different, related researches about users' psychological characteristics and behavior patterns are particularly important.(2) The original research perspectives. this thesis fuse ignored factors by previous institute such as the gender, the degree, the registration time,application platform in mobile social network youth users ' information needs and information interaction, the results will be more unique. At the same time, the researches about the influence factor of information interaction behavior intention enrich the system of information behavior research.(3) Multidisciplinary theory used. The research on user ' s information interaction compromises the theory of the use of communication and satisfaction and the theory system of user's information behavior. A model of information interaction behavior intention influence factors is put out, merging multidisciplinary theory to excavating the user's information behavior patterns.
