At present,the radio management is generally faced with the contradiction between the increasing pressure of supervision and the simplification of supervision after the institutional reform.Specifically,on the one hand,with the rapid development of radio technology,the number of various types of radio equipment has increased sharply.By the end of 2022,the number of mobile communication base stations in China will reach 10.83 million.In the era of"Internet of Everything",the number of micro-power radio devices such as wifi,Bluetooth,NB-LOT and so on newly added in the world every year has reached tens of billions.As a result,radio spectrum resources have become increasingly tight,and the workload for investigating and dealing with radio interference and violations of laws and regulations has increased dramatically.On the other hand,radio management faces the problem of institutional retrenchment and generally older personnel.At the same time,the government’s new task of strengthening digital governance and developing the digital economy also urgently requires the integration,intelligence and sharing of the radio supervision system.This paper first studies the current development and problems of radio management and supervision in China,and then proposes the design and implementation of a radio spectrum intelligent supervision platform.Through in-depth understanding of the regulatory pain points faced by the current radio field,we can systematically carry out demand analysis and business modeling around the research object,and then carry out the functional architecture and technical architecture of the system through the demand analysis,while planning the overall business architecture of the system,and then carry out the detailed design of each module through the module design of the functional requirements in the system,In particular,after the detailed design of the illegal signal recognition algorithm,the atomic docking of radio monitoring equipment,and the 3D waterfall data sampling algorithm of spectrum data,the system was implemented,and the unit test was carried out during the implementation process.After that,the integration test and stress test of the system are carried out to ensure the integrity and operability of the functional modules of the system.Finally,the current problems of the system are summarized,and the implementation of the follow-up system is prospected.The wireless spectrum intelligent supervision system is designed based on micro-services to improve the maintainability and scalability of the system.The front end of the system uses Vue2 for architecture,the page uses Element UI for development,and the back end uses Spring Cloud for micro-service violations.It also creates multiple copies of the micro-service with more requests for business,and performs load balancing to improve the access efficiency of the system.For users,MySQL is used for relational data storage of equipment data and other data;For the spectrum data collected by radio,GPS data,etc.,MongoDB is used for data storage.The main innovations of this article are as follows:(1)Radio illegal signal recognition:The main function of this system is the unattended illegal signal recognition function.Here,illegal signals also include black broadcast signals.This paper designs and implements the illegal signal and black broadcast recognition algorithm,which can more accurately identify the illegal radio signals and notify the user for processing.(2)Implementation of atomization interface:The atomic service interface is a newly proposed radio monitoring station control specification interface,the system controls the equipment of the radio monitoring station through the docking of the latest atomic service interface,and is at the forefront of the innovative application of radio monitoring network.In addition,the system also introduces a number of application and mode innovations in terms of function.The system realizes the radio situational awareness display of Shengli Airport,the radio application integration display of Dongying Port Lingang Industrial Area,the satellite map labeling display of radio station data and the 3D waterfall display of spectrum data.In terms of mode innovation,the system tries to achieve the effect of radio supervision "one map",showing all the functions of the system to a visual large-screen interface.After online testing,the system finally realized the intelligent supervision of the radio spectrum,it meets the initial needs and achieves better results.
