| In recent years,with the growing number of Internet users,We Chat official account has flourished.More and more media,enterprises and individuals have set up We Chat official account in order to attract people’s attention and improve their influence.University libraries have also taken a critical step.For university libraries,in order to achieve long-term development in the Internet era and gain loyal users,the most important thing is that their users have stickiness towards it.In this situation,how to improve users’ stickiness towards university libraries and the factors that affect this stickiness are issues worth in-depth research.Taking university library as an example,empirical research has been carried out in this paper,primarily through quantitative and qualitative methods,using the method of literature analysis,investigated the relevant theories involved in this paper,and summarised current research at home and abroad,with the aim of analysing the influencing factors of user viscosity of We Chat’s official account of academic libraries.Here,this paper takes the information system user viscosity expansion model(EECM-ISC)as a basic modeling method,combines the three elements of the information system success model(D&M)and the two elements of the UTAUT2 model,thus establishing the influencing factor model of the user viscosity of the university library’s WeChat official account,putting forward 13 assumptions,and drawing up a questionnaire to measurement problem.The survey questionnaire for this study was distributed and collected through questionnaire stars,and the collected valid questionnaires were the data for this study;The research object is the WeChat official account users of university library,and the research tools are SPSS26.0 and AMOS26.0 software.A statistical analysis approach is used to analyse the data,and confirmatory factor analysis,differential validity analysis,and SEM analysis are performed to test the hypothesis.The impact of the assumed factors affecting the user stickiness of the We Chat official.Based on the research results,five suggestions were proposed. |
