| With the progress of social science and technology and the improvement of economic level,people’s spiritual and cultural needs are also increasing.The traditional mode of cultural service is far from meeting people’s needs,and the government is also gradually innovating the form of cultural service.In this context,urban study came into being.As a new library service mode,the construction of urban study provides a new way to make up for the lack of library functions.Through modern science and technology,the urban study provides new space to meet the growing spiritual and cultural needs of citizens,and provides more convenient access and richer cultural content for more people.In recent years,the urban study has shown a rapid growth trend,because of its own service characteristics,it has played an active role in the promotion of national reading.Yangzhou’s urban study is in a leading position nationwide in terms of construction management level and actual operational effectiveness.Therefore,this article conducts a systematic study on the current situation of Yangzhou’s urban study construction,providing information and feasible theoretical basis for improving urban study construction in theory,and industry experience for the construction of urban studies nationwide in practice.This article first compares domestic and foreign studies on urban study,defines relevant concepts of urban study,and explains basic theories.Secondly,based on scenario theory,relevant data was collected through questionnaire surveys,interviews,and other methods to conduct a comprehensive and systematic analysis of the urban study in Yangzhou.The current problems of Yangzhou’s urban study were summarized:uneven development of spatial construction,emphasis on characteristics while neglecting humanities in layout,low resource supply and utilization rate,need to be improved in service methods and functions low participation in reading promotion activities and insufficient marketing promotion efforts,and need to strengthen the service awareness of management personnel,incomplete supervision and evaluation mechanism.Finally,to address these issues,specific optimization paths are proposed:in terms of construction,scientifically plan site selection and layout,and enhance spatial public coverage;Adhere to the people-oriented thinking,do a good job of detail settings;accurate docking reader demand,improve resource utilization.In terms of services,optimize service methods and create diverse functional spaces;Improve the quality of reading activities and innovate promotion mode;Broaden the publicity channels andpromote both online and offline development.In terms of operation,strengthen the construction of talent teams,improve the professional quality of personnel;Optimize the supervision and evaluation mechanism,and continuously strengthen daily supervision. |
