The radar system uses a multi-channel parallel confluence ring device to connect signal and power.One of the main factors affecting the reliability of the confluence ring system is the increase of contact resistance caused by debris accumulation caused by brush wear.When the confluence ring and brush switch to the starting station of radar array,the impulse current may cause the contact interface of brush confluence ring welding due to the increase of contact resistance,resulting in subsequent ablation failure.In order to study the interface contact wear characteristics of the carbon brush confluence ring contact pair during the pre-running process,it is necessary to detect the sliding contact resistance and the vibration signal of the carbon brush confluence spring to indirectly reflect the wear of contact pair.At the same time,in order to study whether the brush reaches the melting point and the phenomenon of the welding under high current impact,it is necessary to conduct contact temperature detection.Therefore,this paper designs a multi-channel sliding electrical contact characteristic detection device to realize the contact resistance detection of the multiple contact pairs of the carbon brush confluence ring during the pre-running process,and to test the contact temperature for the high current experiment.Further,the on-line monitoring of vibration acceleration of carbon brush in the sliding process is also developed.This paper firstly determines the design range of the key parameters by analyzing and discussing the research requirements of the experimental equipment.Then,the hardware detection scheme of the contact resistance,temperature and vibration are determined through the structural analysis of the carbon brush confluence ring.After that,the user interactive interface of the data acquisition system,the data acquisition software module of contact resistance,temperature,and vibration signal,the channel switching control module,the data processing module,the data display module and the data storage module are designed on the labview platform.Finally,the detection ability of the equipment is verified by experiments.The equipment is used to monitor the contact resistance,temperature and vibration of the carbon brush confluence ring in real time during the pre-running experiments.In this paper,according to the needs of scientific research,the detection device of sliding electrical contact characteristics of carbon brush confluence ring is divided into two systems,software and hardware.The hardware system is divided into contact resistance detection module,temperature data acquisition module,and vibration signal acquisition module according to the different acquisition parameters.The contact resistance is measured by the four-point method,the temperature rise and vibration are detected by the thermocouple sensor and the acceleration sensor respectively,and the Altai data acquisition card is used for data acquisition.The software system includes 5 modules,user interface module,data acquisition module,configuration module,data processing module,data display module and data storage module.The device can collect data from a maximum of eight channels,and the users can select different channels to collect data.The tests verified the contact resistance range was 1mΩ to 10Ω,and the accuracy was 0.1%of the full scale.The contact resistance curve can be displayed in real time.The data were collected continuously for 24 hours and remained stable.The temperature collection range was 0℃~500℃,and the accuracy was 1%of the full scale.It can measure vibration signals with vibration acceleration in the range of 0~10g and frequency in the range of 0.5Hz~5KHz.It can perform real-time data display and save experimental data to the specified Excel document for subsequent simulation experiment data analysis and processing.The equipment is used to monitor the contact resistance,temperature and vibration signals of the brush confluence ring contact pair in real time,and to study the wear of the contact pair in the pre-running process.
