Research On Precise Knowledge Service Of University Library Based On Multidimensional Portrait

College library is an important information service institution of college and university,an academic institution serving for scientific research and teaching,and an important position for knowledge storage,exchange and discovery.With the development of digitalization and informatization of society,the quantity,growth speed and types of information are changing rapidly,and the information needs of university user groups are also changing.In order to meet the all-round and multi-level knowledge needs of users and provide more accurate knowledge services,the knowledge service mode of university libraries has been pushing forward and facing challenges while gaining new development opportunities.Based on information behavior theory,scene theory and concept lattice theory,this study constructs a multi-dimensional user portrait and a precise knowledge service model based on the portrait for colleges and universities,and explores a new development direction of precise knowledge service.It tries to optimize the integration system of user demand labels,improve the theoretical system of applying user portraits in the field of accurate knowledge services,and accurately portray the whole picture of users’ knowledge demands in order to provide more accurate and matching knowledge demand services for university user groups.This study firstly constructs a multidimensional user portrait of university libraries,including three modules such as data storage module,label model module and visualization application module.Then it constructs a precise knowledge service model for colleges and universities based on the user portrait framework,including four levels,such as multi-dimensional data acquisition layer,data integration layer,portrait construction layer and precise service layer.Finally,taking Shandong University Library as an example,the book borrowing data from 2013-2019 are collected to form Hasse diagram and word cloud diagram by RFM model and concept lattice theory.The generated user portraits are further analyzed for association rules to realize accurate knowledge services.In addition,based on the conclusion of the example,four service strategies from four perspectives are proposed,such as multi-source data serving multi-dimensional knowledge demand,refining arithmetic to upgrade data analysis level,user clustering to build shared knowledge community,and source renewal to provide whole-process knowledge service.In summary,this study analyzes user needs,forms the construction process of user portrait and accurate knowledge service model,and verifies the validity of the model through example data,which brings innovative thinking and feasible attempts for university library portrait construction and meeting user knowledge needs.
