With the rapid development and popularity of information technology,digital literacy has become an indispensable core literacy in contemporary society.Digital literacy refers to the knowledge,skills and attitudes needed to use digital technology in work,study and life.University students are the main force of the contemporary digital age,and their level of digital literacy is directly related to the future development and progress of society.IFLA proposes that libraries should be committed to promoting digital literacy among citizens,with adequate investment in planning and design,funding and staffing,and that the development of readers’ digital literacy skills should become a core component of library services.In the context of big data technology application and diversified user needs,analyzing user behavior and gaining a deeper understanding of users’ digital literacy knowledge needs,using new intelligent technology innovation education mode is conducive to meeting users’ diversified individual needs,so as to carry out digital literacy education more precisely and improve the education effect,which is of positive significance to the improvement of users’ digital literacy ability.Therefore,exploring personalized and precise digital literacy education based on user portrait technology has certain theoretical and practical values.This paper firstly summarizes the domestic and international digital literacy competency frameworks,and analyzes and formulates a framework of core elements of digital literacy competencies for college students.Secondly,the core competency framework is used as the criterion of literacy competency,and the user portrait technology and machine algorithm are applied to draw four kinds of digital literacy demand portraits that can describe the user’s preference and the lack of the user’s framework competency:real-time demand,long-time demand,lack of framework competency,and comprehensive demand user portrait.Finally,the optimization model of digital literacy education is proposed for the four types of user profiles to achieve the purpose of meeting the personalized education needs of users’ digital literacy and achieving the overall improvement of digital literacy ability.In this paper,we summarize and analyze the domestic and international digital literacy competency frameworks,develop a framework of core elements of digital literacy competencies for college students,and thus improve the core competency framework of digital literacy in colleges and universities;at the practical level,we expand the comprehensive application of user portrait technology and core competency framework assessment system,and propose a targeted digital literacy education model that can not only meet the immediate digital literacy needs of users,but also improve their digital literacy competencies in a comprehensive manner.The above research is useful for fully exploiting users’ digital literacy.The above research has theoretical and practical significance for fully exploring users’ digital literacy needs and promoting the comprehensive and positive development of users’ digital literacy ability.
