Study On The Influencing Factors Of Empathy In Slow Live Broadcast Scenes

In 2019,the outbreak of COVID-19 epidemic made slow live broadcast once again usher in a blowout development.Whether it is the "cloud supervisor"supervising the construction of Wuhan Fangcang Hospital or the "roaming on the cloud" natural scenery,the slow live broadcast has greatly eased the public’s panic and anxiety in the face of public health emergencies,and effectively played the role of"decompression valve" for mass media public opinion.Therefore,major mainstream media have laid out the slow live broadcast industry one after another,or cooperated with local media or professional photographers to create a slow live broadcast feast for the public.Cloud users seem to be in it when watching,combining with each other as a group,communicating and expressing their emotions in the comment area.Stimulated by the same scene,a strong emotional community gradually emerged.So why does the slow live broadcast with slow pace and no explanation win the favor of users?Why does it affect user empathy?Based on the scene analysis theory and empathy linear theory,this paper explores the empathy influencing factors in slow live broadcast scenes on the basis of case analysis,combined with questionnaire survey and statistical analysis.Since empathy was originally a psychological concept,it was introduced into communication and developed into the theory of empathy communication.Its influencing factors involve many aspects,such as family education,personal characteristics and different situations.Therefore,from the perspective of communication,this paper only focuses on the influencing factors of audience empathy in the slow live broadcast scene.This paper is mainly divided into six parts:the first part combs the research status of empathy and slow live broadcast at home and abroad,and finds that the current research mainly focuses on the case analysis of a slow live broadcast program,and the research methods are mostly qualitative research,and the audience perspective is relatively lacking;The second part defines the basic concepts of empathy and slow live broadcast.Firstly,it combs the development process of slow live broadcast,summarizes the types and characteristics of slow live broadcast,and analyzes the reasons for the development of slow live broadcast.Secondly,the concepts of empathy and empathy communication are defined,and the theoretical basis is put forward on this basis;The third part,based on the theoretical model of scene analysis,constructs the research framework of empathy influencing factors in slow live broadcast scenes from the level of symbolic elements and social elements,and puts forward research hypotheses;The fourth part defines each variable operationally,determines the measurement items,and conducts a pre-investigation after the questionnaire design is completed to ensure the science and effectiveness of the experiment;The fifth part makes a statistical analysis of the effective samples.Firstly,the effective samples are analyzed by demographic and descriptive statistics,and then the reliability and validity are tested by exploratory factor analysis and confirmatory factor analysis.The empirical analysis results show that the empathy of users watching slow live broadcast is really influenced by the vividness and proximity of the symbolic elements of the scene and the emotional sensitivity and group identity of the social elements.In the sixth part,based on the conclusion of investigation and research,aiming at some problems existing in slow live broadcast at present,this paper puts forward the following suggestions for improvement:enriching users’senses and eliminating aesthetic fatigue;Explore the advantages of "locality" and enhance user stickiness;Innovate the presentation of programs and guide the emotional trend with the help of topics;Create a co-creation atmosphere and strengthen empathy experience.
