| The construction industry gradually starts to transform and upgrade with the economic development,and the requirements for construction enterprises become higher and higher.In the case of Internet plus,Internet of things and big data applications,the enterprises engaged in onstruction industry are confronted with tremendous challenges.Only through transformation and upgrade can they stand out from the full competitive market.Avoid being a failure.The construction industry are facing upgrading,how to effectively utilize the development of network and informatization to provide better service for enterprises,in which BIM technology will play a key role,who will be the first to apply BIM technology in large-scale enterprises,who will be the first to achieve technical innovation and find a breakthrough in transformation and upgrading in the construction field.BIM,combined with network information technology,can integrate and integrate all project information in one model,greatly improving work efficiency.BIM Technology can integrate all the information of the building into the BIM model,and all participants of the project can work together through the BIM management platform.Although BIM has been applied on a large scale in China,and relevant guidance on promoting the application of BIM Technology has been issued by domestic industry authorities and some provinces and cities,the application of BIM Technology in domestic construction industry is not satisfactory.In order to promote the digital and information transformation and upgrading,,the Ministry of housing and urban rural development issued <Two guiding opinions on industrialization development in 2020>,requiring to accelerate the application of BIM Technology in the domestic construction industry,and pilot promote the BIM application and approval and BIM review mode of construction drawings.Various signs show that BIM Technology will be the key point of the reform of the construction industry in the future.Its application will promote and develop building industrialization,modularization,digitization and intelligence.This paper mainly studies that after the introduction of BIM Technology into project B of company a,the project management process needs to be optimized.According to the actual situation of the project,a set of project management process more suitable for the application of BIM Technology is designed.Firstly,the research analyzes the current management process of project B of company A.through the interview with the project managers of company a,the content that needs to be optimized and solved in the advanced project management process is analyzed.Then,combined with the application characteristics of BIM Technology,a set of process optimization scheme is designed for the content that needs to be optimized and solved.From the four aspects of project schedule management,quality management,safety management and cost management,a set of specific optimization scheme of project management process suitable for the application of BIM technology is studied and designed,and then based on the scheme,The optimization schemes of change control process,schedule control process,quality and safety control process and cost control process based on BIM Technology are obtained.Then the optimization scheme is applied to the implementation of project B of company a,and the research results are verified according to the implementation of project B.This paper used AHP to measure and evaluate the effect of project management process optimization.The research results of this paper only take the B project of company a as an example,which has a certain reference and reference for the subsequent large-scale introduction of BIM Technology by company A.Also,it provides some ideas for the process optimization of introducing BIM Technology into relevant enterprises. |
