With the rise of tourism virtual community,more and more travel enthusiasts share their travel information,experiences and knowledge in the online community.Subsequently,tourism virtual community has gradually become a platform for users to share information and emergency knowledge related to tourism emergencies.In recent years,frequent tourism emergencies not only cause personal injury and property loss to tourists,but also damage the image of tourist destinations and affect the normal development of local tourism.Therefore,timely,scientific and efficient emergency management is an inevitable response to reduce losses,and emergency knowledge and its communication related to one event run through the whole process of emergency management,which is especially critical in emergency management.In the tourism virtual community,users share a huge amount of emergency knowledge,and the information spreads rapidly,has a wide range,and the cost of information acquisition is low.Tourists at the site can also provide real-time information from the scene in a timely manner,which greatly makes up for the deficiencies of the limited traditional communication channels of emergency knowledge,such as long time lag and high cost.However,the current tourism virtual community of users for tourism present situation of emergency knowledge sharing still exist some problems,such as the majority of users to participate in the enthusiasm is not high,the knowledge sharing atmosphere is not thick,different events by the user participation has obvious difference,etc.,these problems become tourism emergency knowledge exchange in virtual community sharing and community development obstacle,also weaken the tourism virtual community in the role of tourism of emergency management.Therefore,it is necessary to analyze the internal mechanism of emergency knowledge sharing behavior of users in tourism virtual community,explore the factors that affect users' emergency knowledge sharing behavior,and further find the corresponding measures to improve users' enthusiasm for emergency knowledge sharing.In this paper,based on knowledge management theory and social cognitive theory,and fusion variables extracted from the technology acceptance model and construal level theory,and the heuristic-system model(HSM)as the basic theoretical framework.then,respectively from the directions of heuristic clues and the system clues to analysis the user environment,individual cognitive and emotional factors how to affecting tourism virtual community emergency knowledge sharing behavior,then put forward the research hypothesis and build the theoretical model of this paper.After the data were collected and sorted out through online and offline questionnaires,SPSS22.0 was used for reliability and validity analysis,and Amos22.0 was used for confirmatory factor analysis through structural equation modeling to conduct fitting verification on the theoretical model of the hypothesis.Finally,whether the hypothesis in this paper was established was obtained.The empirical results show that: in the context of tourism emergencies,on the heuristic cue side,users' empathy,negative emotion and risk perception positively affect emergency knowledge sharing behavior,users' psychological distance to events negatively affect risk perception,and risk perception positively promotes negative emotions.On the side of systematic clues,the tourism virtual community environment and the characteristics of emergencies directly positively affect the emergency knowledge sharing behavior of users,while the prior knowledge of users indirectly positively affects the knowledge sharing behavior by positively affecting the self-efficacy.Based on this,this paper draws the following conclusions: Tourism virtual community users' emergency knowledge sharing is a kind of information exchange behavior under the comprehensive influence of environment,personal emotion and cognitive factors in the heuristic-system dual thinking mode.Finally,according to the research conclusion,this paper puts forward the corresponding management Suggestions,In order to promote tourism virtual community users emergency knowledge sharing to provide some reference.
