After 5G Technology has been put into commercial use all over the world since 2019,Chinese government has invested a lot of resources to promote the pilot implementation of 5G Technology in various industries.With the technical advantages of high speed,large bandwidth and low delay of 5G Technology,aiming to integrated into consumer life and different industries ‘applications,so as to realize thousands of industries’ Digital Upgrading and build the Nation strategic goal of strong Cyberpower.Driven by the policy of 5G + New Infrastructure,more and more enterprises have invested resources to start the Research and development and Marketing promotion of 5G products,hoping to improve their market competitiveness and brand influence through 5G,this new technology track.On the other hand,with the IoT industry growing fast,the product technology application presents a fragmented market segment.When making product planning and marketing strategy,enterprises need to make specific analysis according to their own situation,market environment and industry application,so as to draw up a reasonable marketing strategy for the 5G Technology product.This paper summarizes the enterprise situation of HX Company,including brand advantages,organizational structure,R&D strength and business composition,and analyzes the capabilities,advantages and disadvantages of 5G products of HX Company from the internal environment.As a new generation of communication technology,5G external environment analysis is very important.This paper uses PEST environment analysis to demonstrate that the development of 5G technology matches the development of external environment very well from four aspects of political,economic,social and technical environment.At the same time,from the perspective of 5G product industry environment,this paper makes a specific analysis and comparison on the characteristics of 5G industry,the current situation of global 5G market and the competition of enterprises in the industry,combined with the business situation of enterprises.Based on the analysis of internal and external environment,this paper combs the current situation of enterprises in terms of products,prices,channels and promotion strategies by using the marketing 4P theory,points out the existing problems of enterprises,and further analyzes the causes.Based on the induction of problems and causes,in order to improve the marketing ability of 5G products,the company has built the 5G products market positioning,put forward improvement strategies from the aspects of products,prices,channels and promotion,and list up implementation guarantee suggestions from the aspects of human resources,technology and mechanism.With the development of the IoT and the iteration of technology,there are huge market opportunities in the communication industry,but at the same time,there is fierce competition due to the participation of many industry manufacturers.I hope this paper can be good reference role for the development of enterprises in the communication industry in the field of 5G technology,realize the 5G technology industrial upgrading as soon as possible,and enforce our nation’s science and technology.
