| In recent years,natural disasters occur frequently and public emergencies occur frequently.Many countries have developed emergency communication systems to ensure the emergency communications.As a temporary special communication mechanism provided to cope with various emergencies,the research on emergency communication system has been paid more and more attention around the world.Based on the above research background,the satellite communication based multi-channel emergency network platform was designed and implemented.In order to provide a reliable method of communication during major catastrophic environmental emergency conditions.The system relies on various kinds of communication mode supporting and complementing each other,supporting the switch between small and big bandwidth communication,the three-dimensional environmental emergency communication network with multi-network coverage and multi-mode switching was built to guarantee the final communication method when communicating island formed,and the emergency response capacity of environmental emergencies was comprehensively improved.The main contents of the thesis are as follows:Firstly,the demand of the subject and the research status at home and abroad was analyzed,the existing solutions and characteristics at home and abroad were compared,and the research direction of the system was obtained.The background technologies involved in the project were elaborated,and the key technologies of the project were deeply analyzed.The multi-channel emergency network platform scheme based on VSAT satellite communication,Beidou system,3G and computer network is established.The technical planning for the required contents of each major was carried out,and e the research objectives,functions and performance indicatorst were defined.Further more,the overall design of the system was carried out.Including the overall architecture design of the system and the connection architecture design of each sub-system.The design and selection of satellite communication system,Beidou system,3G system,computer and network system,image acquisition and transmission & video and audio equipment system,power distribution system and environmental emergency communication management system were completed.Subsequently,the implementation and application of the platform were carried out,and the implementation & application of various design contents were carried out to verify if the system indicators met the requirements of the subject.In the last stage,the problems existing in the implementation of the project were discussed,and several problems were collected and the solutions were analyzed and summarized. |
