The Research Of Blockchain Drug Recall Management

With the rapid development of the Internet and the Internet of Things,drug recalls have attracted many stakeholders.However,drug recalls have some long-term problems,such as slowness,little transparency,and easy data tampering.With the rapid development of the Internet and the Internet of Things,blockchain technology is also becoming more mature.Today's blockchain-based medical recall supervision system,with blockchain encryption algorithms and intelligent protocols,can strictly keep secret drug recall information,combined with the existing Internet of Things technology,can greatly shorten the time required for drug recalls.We propose a blockchain-based solution that runs through the entire recall process,including recall decision evaluation model,OOS/OOT(Out Of specification/Out Of Trend)investigation,recall reverse logistics management model,and corrective and preventive action(CAPA)management model.Through this research,we can solve the following problems:(1)There is no safe and effective negotiation environment and mechanism for pharmaceutical manufacturers' fees to traditional logistics providers and logistics providers' incentives to retail outlets.This paper establishes a dynamic game Nash bargaining model,and implements this model in smart contracts to achieve process transparency and reduce the bargaining negotiation process significantly.(2)The reverse logistics study of drug recall did not take into account the randomness of drug defects.The process involved multi-departmental coordination among retail stores,logistics,and pharmaceutical manufacturers,and lacked a safe and reliable management platform.This paper proposes a reverse logistics model under the degree of random drug defects and realizes it in a smart contract.This problem can be solved after being deployed on the blockchain and running.(3)There is a lack of the research involving OOS/OOT and CAPA of drug recalls,the process involves laboratories,production lines and other departments,and there is a lack of safe and effective coordination mechanisms.This paper proposes an OOS/OOT investigation and a CAPA based on smart contracts.It can realize OOS/OOT and CAPA's "blockchain +information".
